The beauty around me
Is awakened
By the silent solitude
As I stand
Under the trembling stars     
On this summer night

I close my eyes
Inhaling scents of deep red roses
Lilting in the soft ocean breeze
Beckoning me into the moonlight

The night has come alive
I am revived
My senses heightened
My face flush with waves
Ideas and visions
Bursting from me
   
The place I come to
When I want to feel
The amazing
World
It truly is
Nature unmasking it
For my eyes only
That special place
Between my garden and the sea
