A light hearted poem about chocolate and Valentines Day

Hershey, Cadbury, Lindt,
tasty, sweet and sinful.
So was he
With hands so skillful.

Nestle, Ghiradelli, Reeses,
honey, sugar, dear.
A dimpled smile
to draw me near.

It’s all about the chocolate.
Irresistible.
Delightful.
Enchanted.

So, don’t take bliss for granted.
It never lasts;
nor does chocolate
on Valentines Day.
