Oh Eve - my only love,

One day, child of us
And child of God,
Down through all the
Generations yet to be,

Will call forth Redemption's song,
Restoring all that we have lost
And making this all -- okay.

Redemption's story sang
At the corner of a cross,
As man/God and God/man
Renews this world again...

With a song beautiful
Beyond all reckoning,
For the generations yet to be...

That they might live in peace,
In a city made of gold,
To praise for all eternity, our God
From whom all blessings flow.
