How the critical meaning of something almost always leads to failure and humility - a poem |
| Sense of doom, how justified! Hopes so full of meaning. Ageless gaffes too qualified, Stressful work convening. Science, logic, too mind-numbing, Times are now deceiving. Changes truly unbecoming. Gruesome climax, grieving. Lately phoning in dead last, Quite the gloomy story. Competing to assist the past Towards essential glory. Every ship shall toss and turn, Begging for that ocean Not to sink it, just to learn, What’s the real commotion! Such an effort, meaning strays. Youthful visions merge. Students’ voices in a haze. Now the gifted surge! Only human, what is felt, Changes with the tide. Every clock’s a second dealt, There’s no need to hide. |
