Breath of life I breathe with joy
Scripture and hymns I really enjoy
Thankful I am for each wonderful day
With gratitude, I sincerely pray


Grateful for what my savior has done
He gave all and He surely has won
He loves me and that’s for sure
I love Him back forevermore

Creation from him surely abounds
I’m thankful and grateful His love surrounds
Reading and writing I really enjoy
It’s a gift from Him I sincerely employ

Thanksgiving is coming soon for sure
I’m grateful for my blessings in store
God is good all the time and takes care of me so fine
