I thought about Thanksgiving
the best time of the year
to share our thankfulness and be
with loved ones so dear

For our bountiful harvest
we are very grateful too
Holidays are the best
There is no time for being blue

Our blessings God gifts
these are all for free
because His son gave His life
for you and also for me

The breath of life to us He gives
His arms are open wide
for our friendship and our love
He surely won’t deny

As we celebrate and party
enjoying love and company
Let’s not forget to invite Him in
He waits so patiently
