On St Patrick’s day
I always wear green
As that is the color
Of my Irish ancestors

I am part Irish
And 17 other things
I like wearing green
On St Patrick’s day

To show the world
That I am Irish
Always wanted to go to Ireland
Never made it yet
On my bucket list

And when I do
I will be sure
To wear something green
In honor of my Green roots
As a part descendent
Of the Irish green.
