Crazy, goofy old groundhog,
whom I tried to kick and missed.

How do I fix this?
How do I get out?
Putting on my thinking cap,
Trying not to shout.

No sense being cranky,
I didn't do you any harm;
I really don't like to repeat
It doesn't hold any charm.

So, if you please dear groundhog

that I once tried to kick you,
