Gentle Reminder

all we need do is trust in Him

Whenever life gets me down
As it is bound to do
I look up to the heavens
His love will see me through

His promises abundant
His presence he wants to share
If only I look to Him and
All the chaos is laid bare

Take me by the hand
Lead me in Thy way
Let me not be caught up
In my own troubled display

Be my strength and fortress
Refuge in you assured
Be still my foolish heart
Rest in You preferred

Psalm 91
1 Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress,
