silly poem for Halloween

Ding Dong
"Trick or Treat"
What if I choose "Trick?"
Confused faces stare back;
They only want candy

Ding Dong
"Trick or Treat"
I want a "Treat"
And hold out my hand
Again, blank faces

After a few times,
I hear no more
Ding Dong
"Trick or Treat"
So I get to eat the candy
