Grateful Ever

For those who made me what I am.

Grateful Ever

When I think of those that shaped
me into a person with confidence,
in a very fundamental and real way,

my heart flies out with gratitude
to mom, dad, teachers, family and friends
that empowered me to stand strong,
to find love and contentment
amidst the darkest moments of life.

To nature, whose soothing hand
brought solace to my soul ever
in search of undying happiness,
and for the good Lord, the Creator
the Cosmic Master, the Light
that brightened my life, I bow
with humble thankfulness.
