The Road Less Traveled

I hate construction, a parody of the road less taken by Robert Frost

Two roads diverged but one was blocked by wood

A giant road closed sign

I would take that road if I could

That path could have been mine


One left just for me to tread

But construction has closed it

It says the road work ahead

But it doesn’t


If one wishes to take the road less traveled

Lady luck won’t show her beautiful voice

There are two roads but one is beaten and old

The illusion of choice
