Lost in my imagination

I could have had a dream -
Only one, only two
A raspberry beret
That went around the word in a day.

I could have looked up at the sky -
Saw a cloud or two –
Computer Blue
Sign O’ the times.

I could have gotten lost in the forest -
Once or twice or maybe thrice
Paisley Park
Take me with you.

I could have taken a ride –
Around and around we go
Diamonds and Pearls
Money Don’t matter 2 night.

I could have gotten lost in my imagination -
Again and again and a turn for good measure
In a little red corvette
Back in 1999.
