A poem in Cascade form (described following the poem) |
| I wrote a poem that didn't rhyme. I asked a question that had no answer. The next stage of my life is here. Nothing's perfect, as they say. I agree, so I have flaws, and I wrote a poem that didn't rhyme. I was told that makes no sense. But I don't care. That's my right, and I asked a question that had no answer. I live each day the way I want. If you don't like it, that's okay. The next stage of my life is here. Cascade poetry form (3-line example): > No rhyme scheme > Line 1 of verse 1 becomes the last line of verse 2. > Line 2 of verse 1 becomes the last line of verse 3. > Line 3 of verse 1 becomes the last line of verse 4. |
