Something of my personal Truth as I continue my journey called life

REALITY
Reality of my life is not always pleasant..
More often, it's painful Accepting that pain as well as pleasure is part of the process of my growth and evens my responses to their presence in my daily life.

I cannot hide from pain but I can grow from pain whenever it appears. I need experiences of both to meet my tomorrow.

The important thing in my life is to know what matters most for me. My reality and values are my own.. No one else can dictate them to me. They come out from my experiences and observations and my spiritual health asks that I be true to them .

My strength and my growth come from knowing myself, knowing what is important for me. If I am honest with myself, I can be my own best teacher and my very own best friend .

The vibrancy of my life lies in the truth of my experiences. Absorbing and understanding from every experience will strengthened my character and prepare me for whatever lies ahead.
