Psychological critiquing of various films.

In college I took a course called, "Psychology in Cinema." Every week we watched a different movie, and our assignment was to critique each one, psychologically. It wasn't just a report on the movie itself, but of the characters, time period surrounding the film, director's mindset, etc.
