I’m a Canadian fiction writer living in British Columbia. I studied English at the University of Manitoba and later went on to study Sound Design at Vancouver Film School.
Best known for my work in the steampunk genre, I also worked on video games such as Ironclad Games’ Sins of a Dark Age, as lead writer. My steampunk shorts have been featured in numerous anthologies, including the Scribblers' Den anthologies Denizens of Steam and Den of Antiquity. The Complications of Avery Vane, which was featured in Den of Antiquity, received the P&E Readers' Choice award for steampunk shorts. I am currently working on my debut novel, Dead London.
