My name is Eric G. Ekaut and I am an aspiring writer currently working as a hospital security officer for Henry Ford Health. Most of my life I have been working to pay the bills, now I'm ready to enjoy the work as well. I have always loved writing, but it wasn't until my father passed away in early 2024 that I found the desire and passion needed to make it a career. My goal is to become a published author with the hopes that someday my writing will pay the bills. I have written two fiction short stories and am currently writing my first novel. When I'm not writing or reading, I enjoy traveling with my wife and spending time with my dogs.
