I might say I'm a poet who has been on hiatus for the last 30 years. Most of my poetry work, now part of some recycled paper products, was juvenile, pastoral and lyrical extemporanea. In the decades since, I have turned engineering documents into plain language reading for non-engineers: I am a technical writer. The volume of my work rivals Stephen King, but with considerability less entertainment value. I'm trying to discover what type of writer I am outside the technical realm.
