Lori J is a retired special education school teacher; also having a school counseling degree which she used during times of tragedy in her schools. She enjoys writing poetry and children's stories and books. She has lately been trying her hand at writing sci-fi for a young adult audience. She loves photography, crocheting, reading, and puzzling. She works as a substitute librarian and is the treasurer for The Friends of the Library. She has also served on the local senior citizen's board and has been a grant writer. She loves life and looking at challenges in positive ways.
