I'm a lawyer-turned-fourth-grade-teacher. Most of (non-professional) writing has been essays, but I'm hoping to expand my portfolio soon. I'm also hoping that working on my own writing will help me teach children to use words -- maybe instead of violence -- to deal with their pain.
