I am an aspiring author who loves the creative nonfiction genre. While I have a gazillion books outlined in my head, I have finally settled on what will be my first: one that features a particular nonprofit organization. I want to highlight the impact their efforts have made on veterans and first responders. Once published, I intend all proceeds from the book will go towards supporting that nonprofit. I am a U.S. Navy veteran and have been a civil servant for more than 25 years and have a Master of Public Administration. I am currently pursuing a Master of Fine Art - Creative Writing.
