Be open-minded. Write. Write. Write. Even if you think it's awful, just keep on writing. And if you do put it up for others to read, be ready to accept criticism, learn to weed out what is important and what isn't, and do not be afraid to get kicked down every once in a while. What makes us stronger, is bouncing back up again and making an effort to be better.
