Although I have always been creative and imaginative from an early age, I didn't start writing serious fiction until recently. I was much inspired as a youngster by Fighting Fantasy Gamebooks, as written by Ian Livingstone and Steve Jackson, which became popular in England during the mid-eighties. My favourite was probably number 10, The House of Hell.
I soon after got into Dungeons and Dragons, and eventually touched upon a similar game called “The Call of Cthulhu”, which introduced me to the great works of HP Lovecraft. From there I discovered classic horror fiction, but only recently decided to try my own hand at writing.
