Have a peek: "Weathering the Storms of Life " I love her dedication: "To every one of us who finally... maybe... possibly... believes thy have the right to perpetual happiness, beginning now." I am currently participating in a book club using this book as a way to improve my life situation. I appreciate her no nonsense approach. Grabhorn gives Four steps to move from living mindlessly to making conscious efforts to positive change. They are simple, but powerful. The book also includes a chapter called 'Thirty Days to Breakthrough" and she walks her readers through her own journey. This particular version of the book has a Study guide for individuals and Small Groups just in case you want to take on the challenge of improving your own life. | ||
