A blog, generally about music, usually for projects hosted by Jeff. I may also write about the 48-Hour Media Prompt Challenge if I don't feel like writing a story or poem inspired by the given song. Other bits of poetry or different topics of discussion might end up here as well.

I like background music. I'm one who works well with something going on in the background. If not music, then a radio talk show is playing. It takes the boredom out of washing dishes at least. I even write with some "noise" in the background. It helps me to concentrate.
Wow, I got exhausted just reading your post. On a more serious side, I feel much like you do. I'd say: "It's the 16th, I'm almost out of time!" It sounds like you've accomplishment a lot - my Kudos to you! Thank you for blogging with Webbie and I for the Bard's Hall Blogging Contest!
Ninja's United! Nah… I’ll need to get used to juggling an iPad and possibly actually learning to type. It’s sheer laziness mostly, and it’s easier to hold a phone in bed than a tablet I’m fortunate that wasn’t my “calling” phone, just my “scribbling“ one. Hope I didn’t sound overdramatic
Wow! Look at all the work you've done this month! Congratulations on all your writing projects throughout June. Especially joining in on the "The Bard's Hall Contest" Blogging month!
What a busy bee you are! I am exhausted just reading your achievements. Good for you! You are an inspiration~ Whereas I've to deal with the perspiration of checking stuff out. Keep up the good work, and enjoy a few days off before the next adventure begins...
It's too bad your boss at the Christian charity workshop, turned so nasty when you were able to return after a month out due to the Covid rules. I guess it made him so angry that it happened, he took it out on the employees.
It's always a good idea to keep up with cursive writing. These days the youth don't even bother anymore. I like the fact that they probably need translations for handwritten notes!
I'm guilty of not hand writing much. But, years of overworked fingers and hands led to arthritis in those joints which makes it difficult.
1.
There once was a lady from Texas
Who ate Cheetos while driving her Lexus
Those orange stains
Are quite a bane
And leave all the cleaners per-plexus!
2.
There once was a fellow from Kent
Who gave up eating chocolate for Lent
His courage was strong
But didn't last long
When luscious fudge brownies were sent!
3.
There was an old lady from Finland
Who lived a great distance inland
But climate change
Made waters range
And now she's on very thin land!
4.
There was a tall fellow from Irvine
Who sat down underneath a pine
He said "whaddya know?
This goes to show
Sitting on needles can be fine!"
