| This has been a stressful week. We’ve reached the inspection stage of the project. The inspectors discovered a few minor issues and two major ones. One of the major issues is the need to rebuild the basement staircase. We caught one inspector as he was leaving the property a few days ago, and he verified a few things for us regarding the temporary Certificate of Occupancy. | Now it’s happening. The plumber has almost completed his piece of the construction puzzle. He’s waiting on a part to complete the system, then we’ll be able to open the water valves and see if any leaks occur. | This past week saw more progress on the basement level. The downstairs level saw progress as they put in the slider and added treads to the stairs. | Earlier this week, we met with Mr. Sub-Contractor to discuss stairs, windows, siding, decks, and the basement door.
