This life of mine is filled with blessings and I'm gonna focus on that and move forward.

Actually, I need to upload the whole family, just for the heck of it sometime. Then, I'll always have them right here with me.

A BIG edit on this journey. I'm forced to agree with the fact, yes, it's a fact that though I attempt to blog, I do so not well and in bits, so, it's MORE about how I am a bad blogger than about documenting this life's journey.

Please don’t apologize for being tired! ❤️ You had a GREAT day, and you’re allowed to be exhausted after one. Sometimes gratitude and exhaustion can sit right next to each other. You can be incredibly thankful for the blessings of the day and still think, “Okay… now I need a damn nap.” 😂

I’m genuinely happy for you that things went so well today, especially after such a long stretch of struggling. You earned that little bit of giddiness! So enjoy it, be thankful, and give yourself permission to simply breathe and take it all in.

Yesterday was a good day. That’s worth celebrating. ❤️

I don't think that I have Ever completed a visit with my Dr. that lasted Less than an hour and 45 minutes. Even if, when I arrive, I am the first one there. It is as though I am arriving Before the Dr. gets there, and I have to sit and wait for his untimely arrival.

What a wonderful day of unexpected blessings! Congratulations to your husband on getting the window-painting job. It sounds like it may open doors to even more opportunities, especially with someone already telling you about a place where he can showcase his artwork.

And I laughed when your husband declined the tip and you didn’t. 😂 I’m with you—if someone wants to show appreciation for his work, let them!

As for Pi, give that sweet boy time. One week isn’t very long, and it sounds as though he is slowly figuring out that he has landed somewhere he is wanted and loved.

I hope that 26th birthday merit badge finds its way to you, too. Your shameless begging made me laugh! 😂

Day 4 and we're still learning

Day 4 WDC Birthday 26th celebration and again, what another day that was filled with surpises!

So, today was so busy.

We had work to do, daughter had an early morning dr appt )and I did this to ensure she saw the doctor this week). It should've worked well but I guess unknownst to us, other people in this town scheduled early morning doctor appts and the nurse(s) don't feel that they need to hold to a scheduled appt time either. Ugh! Expected to leave this appt within the hour and it went over more like an hour 45 minutes. We had other places we needed to be at and this unfortunately put us behind. It didn't sit right either because we were up EARLY only to run behind . That just feels worse because I started early only to be delayed due to overscheduling.

Anyway, Pi still hasn't caught on to the key to staying outside of his cat house just yet. He does like all of the treats he gets in the big house and the soft food mixed in with the dry he is really taking to but we're still working on all getting along like a family. lol

Today was so busy again...just feeling so blessed and looking forward to the long weekend. ♥
