"Putting on the Game Face"
My Blog Sig

This blog is a doorway into the mind of Percy Goodfellow. Don't be shocked at the lost boys of Namby-Pamby Land and the women they cavort with. Watch as his caricatures blunder about the space between audacious hope and the wake-up calls of tomorrow. Behold their scrawl on the CRT, like graffitti on a subway wall. Examine it through your own lens...Step up my friends, and separate the pepper from the rat poop. Welcome to my abode...the armpit of yesterday, the blinking of an eye and a plank to the edge of Eternity.

Note: This blog is my journal. I've no interest in persuading anyone to adopt my views. What I write is whatever happens to interest me when I start pounding the keys.

Many, who are following this continuing drama of the misdeeds of the Obama Administration, are probably wondering what the big deal is with surveilling Carter Page?

The reason has to do with "Methods" which supposedly the FBI is loath to reveal. As a boy in a Norfolk Public School I learned how this method works when I read The Three Musketeers. The method was a sting where a Person of Interest (POI) is surveilled hoping they will lead to other conspirators. For example Carter Page is made to appear a Russian agent and through his contacts with other members of the incoming administration every phone call or email is fair game for the Defense Intelligence Agency to pounce on. Surely somewhere in this fishing expedition, (Reverse Intelligence) someone, somewhere, will be caught up in some sort of nefarious activity.

What saves the Trump administration is that they were not very sophisticated in their awareness of what the Deep State was capable of and girded by a naive, almost pristine innocence were spared most of the consequences of the collusion spotlight, focused on them by partisan holdovers in the Obama Whitehouse, Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation and the National Security Agency.

Once the Obama regime lost their grip on the levers of power they made recourse to what is commonly referred to as "Projection." They projected onto the incoming administration the sins they had become so adept at practicing the past eight years. When Rosenstein tried to get President Trump to appoint Muller as FBI Director...and keep a lid on the Comey fiasco... he was rebuffed. Not to be deterred Rosenstein wasted no time appointing Muller as Special Council to investigate claims that the Trump Campaign had colluded with the Russians. Didn't he realize that in opening the collusion box, the Democrats were at far greater risk than the Republicans? Colluding with the Russians is old hat to the Democrats who learned some of the fine points of the game in the Uranium 1 Deal. Even Perter Strzok the Deputy FBI Director for Counter Intelligence knew "There was no there, there," but what the heck... at worst it would keep Trump Administration reeling for his first term and perhaps something would come of it.... maybe even, that Trump would try a coverup and BINGO! Obstruction of Justice, an impeachable offense.

Ordinarily spying on Americans in America is off limits however with a FISA warrant on a single individual, a network of contacts quickly forms that grows in short order to including everyone not just in the POI's sphere but into the spheres of everyone who had a telephone or email relationship with anyone else. It only takes one little busybody standing on the fringe for the potential contacts to explode exponentially. As long as the initial contact is under a FISA warrant the networking possibilities approaches infinity in short order. So by getting the warrant on Carter Page the government was getting a warrant to spy on President Trump and ultimately anybody in his administration.

The FISA court let us down. Twice earlier a FISA judge said "No!" On the third try a new judge said "Yes!" Now the story is that the poor man was "Hoodwinked?" How believable is that?

Today and Tomorrow I'll be looking at the Grassley/Graham, 8 Page memo. This memo is important because it proves that James Comey then Director of the FBI knew the Steele Dossier was misleading, unreliable and lacking in credibity. He briefed President Elect Trump that the contents were salacious and unverified. Knowing this he allowed the FBI use the material in the Dossier to form the basis for petitioning the FISA court to grant a warrant to spy on members of an opposition party.

To begin with I'll use the dates in both the 4 Page Nunez Memo as well as the 9 Page Grassley/Graham memo to organize the contents into a time line. In order to provide a broader context I'll use as a source Keward Kleing's book "All out War, the plot to destroy Trump.

Early Summer 2016 (May?): Edward Klein All out War, Chapter 3 page 21. Somewhere in the May timeframe of 2016 two attempts were made to Obtain FISA warrants to surveil Trump Towers, The Trump Golf Course, in New Jersey and Mar el Lago in Florida. First on a Sunday two low echelon DOJ lawyers got a FISA Judge to come to a secure Courthouse and made their plea. There are transcripts of how the oral arguments were presented . The Judge, in an all but unprecendented decision, turned down the first request and rescheduled for the following Wednesday. The next week Sally Yates showed up followed by a dozen lawyers from the DOJ, The FBI and the NSA. The FISA judge listened to the arguments, arranged a teleconference with other FISA judges and ruled to deny the petition. A red flag had been raised twice on a matter that here-to- for was a virtual rubber stamp. In his ruling the Judge voiced strong suspicions that the request was an attempt at using "Reverse Intelligence." (A fishing expedition). Since there are only 11 of these judges and they network on a regular basis the "Hoodwinked" argument, currently in vogue, fails to hold much water.

June 2016: Christopher Steele hired by Fusion GPS to gather opposition research on then Presidential Donald Trump. In keeping with the arrangement Steele prepared a series of documents that were made to look like those typically used in intelligence gathering and compiled into a "Dossier."

September 2016: Steele briefs journalists on the Dossier from the Washington Post, Yahoo News, The New Yorker, and CNN.

September 23, 2016: The Justice Department FISA application quoted two sources. The first was the Steele Dossier and the second was a newspaper article that quoted parts of the Dossier leaked to the press by Mr. Steele. Presumably this is the Yahoo News story written by Michael Isikoff, titled "US Intel Officials Probe ties between Trump Advisor and Kremlin.

October 19 2016: Memorandum by Mr. Steele claims that his company received information from the US State Department. This report was one of two that came from a foreign sub-source. A friend of the Clinton's (Sidney Bluminthal?)passed it on. This shows that information was passed to Steele, to bulk up the Dossier, that did not originate from his alleged sources inside Russia.

October 16, 2016: Klein reports the FBI files third attempt to obtain a FISA warrant.

October 21, 2016: FBI files first warrant under FISA for Carter Page. The bulk of the petition against Page came from Steele as outlined in the Dossier. This made up the whole application except for a news article, sourced to Steel as well. The FBI vaguely mentioned Steele's reliability in footnote 8 and 18 to the application, and to a limited extent the political origins of the source document. In footnote 8 the FBI says information was compiled by a law firm who had hired Glen Simpson of Fusion GPS. The application did not disclose that Mr. Simpson's client was the Clinton Campaign and the DNC.

The application did not reveal the underlying bogus nature of the supporting document nor did it reveal that the author had fallen from favor with the FBI by leaking to the press in October and lies he had only provided copies of the Dossier to his business partner and the FBI. His deceptions ruined the official cover story that allowed the FBI to hide behind Steele's credibility, a credibility they had long known did not exist. However, most importantly, beyond an obscure footnote, were the political motivations behind the Dossier revealed and as some claim, artfully concealed from the Judge.

Note: There is a conflict in the Dates between Klein and Grassley/Graham memo. In addition the memo fails to acknowledge the earlier attempts to obtain a warrant from the FISA court.

November 2016: Christopher Steele completes compiling..."pre-election memoranda (Dossier).

January 2017: The Dossier was published in Buzzfeed. It claimed to be using sources in the Russian Government. Fusion GPS was client of the Law Firm, Perkins Coie which worked on behalf of the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and the Clinton Campaign, serving as a conduit for passing along the opposition research.

January 2017: Comey briefs President Elect Trump on the Dossier which he described as "salacious" and "Unverified."

January 2017: Application to renew warrant on Carter Page. FBI reveals in footnote 9 that their relationship with Steele had been severed because of unauthorized disclosures to the press.

March 15, 2017 the Committee Chair (Grassley) was briefed by then director James B. Comey Jr. The topic of the briefing was the FBI's relationship with Mr. Steele and how much the FBI was relying on the Dossier in filing two applications under the Foreign Surveillance and Intelligence Act (FISA)... Then Director Comey stated that.. (REDACTED)

"...When asked why the FBI relied so much on the Dossier, absent corroboration and the political motivations surrounding its creation.." Comey stated that the dossier was included because Mr. Steele was considered reliable since his past work had not called his reputation into question.

March 17, 2017: Grassley and a ranking member received copies of both petitions used before the FISA court requesting permission to surveil Carter Page.

Note, see above: On January 2017 Comey briefed Trump that the Dossier was "Salacious" and "Unverified." Then on March 15, 2017 Comey states that the Dossier was considered reliable because Mr. Steele was still considered a reliable source. How can Comey claim the Dossier is not credible on the one hand and then turn around and use it in the application for a FISA warrant?

April 2017: The first leak of these filings is reported in the media. The FBI did not disclose to the FISA that Steele had lied to the FBI. The FBI received information from Bruce Orr who through his wife had close ties with Fusion GPS. REDACTED...He stated that Steele... "Was desperate to to see that President Trump was not elected president. This is important on two counts. It speaks to his credibility especially since his claims were not corroborated and his sources questionable.

June 2017: Comey testifies publicly before Senate Select Committee that he'd briefed Trump on dossier allegations and told the President that they were salacious and unverified.

Note: This was not the first warrant requested to surveil Trump associates. Earlier in the year two attempts were made to surveil Trump Tower, Trump Golf Course in New Jersey and Mar el Rey in Florida. See The Plot to Destroy Trump.

The FBI told the FISA court that based upon a reliable past reporting history, that Steele was a good source and information in the petition was credible. The truth is that the FBI relied on uncorroborated information, "funded by and obtained for..." Hillary's campaign in order to conduct surveillance on "...an associate of the opposing presidential candidate." The FBI held to the claim that Mr. Steele was a credible source, had proven his reliability in the past, and thereby the government had faith that his modus operandi and information were essentially accurate, professional and unbiased.

While this was the official explanation the thread was beginning to unravel. There was substantial cause to believe this cover story was not true... evidence suggesting that Mr. Steele had misled the FBI on key aspects of the dossier and that these evasions bore on his credibility. PARAGRAPH REDACTED.

The FISA application attempts to explain away the inconsistency that Steele had leaked the Dossier to the press in September 2916 and still remained a trusted and credible source. Leaking and credibility are mutually exclusive. This is important because while the FBI knew the dossier was salacious and unverified as early as January, when James Comey briefed Donald Trump. In order to use it in obtaining a warrant the official story line had to remain that the Steele remained a credible source. Once Steel began leaking to the press this thin veneer of pretext went right out the window. Once that happened the FBI could no longer officially hide behind Steele and posit they were they were unaware their principle source was trustworthy.

The human mind is an amazing bio-processor. Mankind has survived on a hostile planet using anticipation to predict what a threat is going to do next. Humans might not be the strongest or quickest or best equipped to engage with their enemies, but they do have a distinct advantage working in their favor. This is the ability to think ahead and network.

So how does this mechanism work? At a basic level it's the ability to write software that is not "Read Only" and passed genetically from one generation to the next, but rather the use of "Random Access" memory to write and record "APPS" and keep a record of what works and pass it down through time. At first it was an oral history shared at the campfire, on the hunt, recounted after battle, and gleaned in the in the never ending struggle to find food and shelter. Later this got written down as symbols were discovered that could be used as aids to memory. Then came the printing press and today our computer and other electronic devices that more and more make the application of past knowledge all but instantaneous.

So what is this APP that enabeles us to anticipate what our adversaries are about to do and take steps at avoidance and retaliation?

1. Study: Anyone who watches group athletics knows that anticipating requires careful study of the techniques and modes by which other competing entities operate. No doubt this one of the earliest uses of man's cognitive abilities.

2. Following Directions: Once an enemy's habits and modus opperandi were understood then strategies and plans could be formulated to elude and respond to the physical conflicts that loomed ahead. At first communities led by the strongest were told how they would collectively perform when the adversity presented itself. The problem was that physical muscle in an individual was not always matched with the cognitive skills to pick "Best" from the foggy array of possibilities. Compounding this was the reality that mankind has a distributed rather than a centralized social structure.... meaning that elements of an optimal course of actions might be percolating in the minds of a handful of individuals. So the guy with the biggest biceps was not always the wisest in deciding what to do.

3. The Greeks came up with the next major advance. This was the Problem Solving Process which defined a problem, distinguished between facts and assumptions, game played courses of action and selected the one that offered the best likelihood of success.

4. There was one more App that evolved somewhere in the passage of time and this was Projection. The idea was that in the absence of information the gaps could be filled in by assuming that your enemy would think and behave as you do. There were some real problems with this approach because it is based upon an assumption and any football coach knows the danger of assuming what the opposing team is going to do. For example postulating plans based on your MO might be entirely at odds with the MO of a competing organization. If the assumption proves to be incorrect a whole lot of time and effort will be expended on preparing for courses of action that will never see the light of day. Just because you would do something a certain way does not necessarily mean your enemy is thinking along the same lines, either deliberately or as a result of not considering a possibility to begin with. So the danger with projection is that you might "Out Smart" yourself and put yourself in a position that is worse than never considering a "Likelihood" to begin with. Now I know this might seem a bit abstract, however, as I watch what is unfolding in the news and the political struggle taking place between the Republicans and Democrats, Projection is one of the tools Democrats are using to get an edge on their opponents.

5. The Democrats are accusing the Trump Administration of collusion with Russia. The mainstream media has been serving up this story line for the past two years. If the Trump administration has broken laws then I'm sure the Muller Investigation will get to the bottom of it. This is the hope the Resistance is clinging to anyway. The reason they cling to it so strongly is Projection... it is exactly this collusion that the Obama Administration has been engaged in for the past decade. The assumption is that since they colluded in the past, that the Republicans are colluding now that they control the levers of power. Since the Democrats don't really know any longer what the powerful intelligence tools are revealing... they're projecting on the Republicans, motives for things they did when these "Black Box Oracles" led then to act as they did, using the tools of national intelligence to tilt the political playing field. Never mind that they don't believe the assumption, what is significant is that they have convinced half the American people it is true. Projection is working and they have managed to convince their base that the same sins they regularly practiced are now being repeated by the Republican administration, now in power. This is an "Untrue Assumption" if there is by definition any such thing. Keep in mind that assumptions are made in the absence of facts, facts believed to be true, that are either unavailable to have an element of futurity. The Fake news, the Fake Dossier and the Fake collusion scenario are all Projection, to detract attention away from some unthinkable actions the Obama Administration chose to take.

Everybody knows that dirt is a part of the American Political Scene. Politicians dread it like the plague. What is so onerous these days is using manufactured dirt when truthful dirt is not forthcoming. The idea is that if "Truthful Dirt" isn't a availiable then one must resort to the "Manufacture" of "Fake dirt." to conjure up a false scenario. The problem with all this is that the Trump Team were babes in the woods and their inexperience is clearly evident in their first year in office. The Clinton and Obama administrations became experts in how to use dirt in all its insidious forms. It is one thing when the government finds dirt that is factual and quite another when a fake dossier is used. If that doesn't send a shudder down your spine nothing will.

Last night a commentator made the observation I've made before. " Why in Gods name would the Soviets prefer Donald Trump, a capitalist who wanted to revitalize the economy to Hillary Clinton, who offered at least four more years of economic malaise?" The Russians have not forgotten that it was the US economy that destroyed their empire under Regan. Russian Collusion has been PROJECTED onto the Trump administration. When the Uranium 1 scandal is fully aired, that whole sordid affair will be exposed to everyone. The real colluders were the Democrats.

I'm not sure everybody grasps the failure of the FISA court Judge who approved the warrant to surveil Carter Page.

Being a FISA judge is a cushy well paying job that doesn't really require much due diligence. Somewhere around 98% is the approval rate of all warrants petitioned for by the Department of Justice (DOJ). That constitutes an almost virtual rubber stamp.

What I am hearing is that the poor FISA judge was "Hoodwinked" by unscrupulous DOJ Lawyers, Bad Cops at the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Spooks from the National Security Agency. The "Dumb Judge Hypothesis" just doesn't hold water!

I'm hearing from Klein's book, All out War, the President's lawyer, and FOX TV that this was not the first time the DOJ petitioned for a warrant to surveil President Trump. In the first two attempts the Judge said "No!" IMAGINE THAT... a FISA judge turning down a request. Not only did he turn down the request but he consulted with other FISA judges in making sure he got the decision right. Now, put the basic arithmetic together. For once in a blue moon a FISA warrant is turned down not once but twice. The Judge consulted with his peers. There are only eleven FISA judges in the whole United States. These Judges have teleconferencing capabilities behind their chambers and use them regularly. How in heavens name can any intelligent person conclude that on the third try with a new judge on the bench, that a stupid or misguided jurist was misled in approving the petition?

On page 22 of All out War, Klein quotes a source who was a retired FISA judge. (How hard, in a field of eleven, would it be to narrow down a newly retired FISA Judge with knowledge of the case?) The source said that... "The request for surveillance specifically named Trump and three of his properties-- Trump Towers, the Trump golf club in New Jersey, and Mar-a-Lago." Are we expected to believe, that after two red flags were raised earlier, this judge was hoodwinked into believing that Carter Page was the real focus? Give me a break! This close knit circle of FISA Judges knew what was going on and what was at stake.

On page 59 we see a new judge presiding over a third try to get the warrant. "...the lawyers took their places in the same courtroom as before--......----but this time they faced a different circuit court judge... However, this time the government came armed with a well drafted application in which attorneys from the NSA presented the court with the results of extensive electronic surveillance."

"Operating under section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act the NSA monitored the emails and phone conversations between foreigners and Americans. Section 702 allowed the Attorney General and the Director of National Intelligence to authorize spy agencies to "sweep up" the telephone and internet data of US Citizens who were in communication with foreign targets, however the names of these Americans were supposed to be minimized to protect their identity.... The NSA regularly violated these privacy protections and without asking for permission from the FISA court had unmasked the names of several of Trump associates, including Carter Page, a foreign policy advisor and presented the information to the new FISA Judge."

We know now from the Four Page Memo, that there was a whole lot more in the petition than the results of NSA eves dropping. Apparently there wasn't much factual dirt that had been gleaned from the surveillance. The "Well Drafted Application" had to be buttressed with "Manufactured Dirt" using sanitized excerpts from the Steele Dossier which was passed off as a genuine intelligence product. One can see the whole charade being choreographed... first the NSA part and then the dossier, pitched by lawyers who knew better.

"...Moreover the unmasking of American names without FISA approval is a crime....legally speaking these names should not have been used as the basis for an FBI investigation. The unmasking also violated the 4th Amendment to the Constitution, which protects American Citizens from intrusion in their private lives."

"But somehow the judge did not catch onto these defects in the government's application and he granted the warrant."

Saying the Judge granted the application without realizing the defects is malarky. She was alerted to the defects in advance and the argument that she was "hoodwinked" is not believable. What is believable is that after Loretta Lynch told Valarie Jarrett the first two attempts had not worked, Jarrett decided to let matters settle down and go back later when a more sympathetic (stupid?)Judge could hear the case. So to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.... the appointing authority, comes the question. Was the Judge who approved the warrant, a total moron or a sympathetic partisan?

I'm not sure what this recent executive order, signed by President Trump is angling for. I will say that if I were Hillary Clinton and George Soros I'd be worried.

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq.) (IEEPA), the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1601 et seq.) (NEA), the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act (Public Law 114-328) (the “Act”), section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 (8 U.S.C. 1182(f)) (INA), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code,

I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, find that the prevalence and severity of human rights abuse and corruption that have their source, in whole or in substantial part, outside the United States, such as those committed or directed by persons listed in the Annex to this order, have reached such scope and gravity that they threaten the stability of international political and economic systems. Human rights abuse and corruption undermine the values that form an essential foundation of stable, secure, and functioning societies; have devastating impacts on individuals; weaken democratic institutions; degrade the rule of law; perpetuate violent conflicts; facilitate the activities of dangerous persons; and undermine economic markets. The United States seeks to impose tangible and significant consequences on those who commit serious human rights abuse or engage in corruption, as well as to protect the financial system of the United States from abuse by these same persons.

I therefore determine that serious human rights abuse and corruption around the world constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States, and I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat.

In an article written by Myron Cohen on January 13, 2018 in Liberty One, he claims...

"It is an opening gambit in draining the swamp and will result in the devastation of what still remains of the highest levels of the Democratic Party, Washington's major lobbying organizations and will implicate major establishment Republicans (the real reason behind the civil war going on inside the GOP)"

He goes on to claim that it was written to deprive Hillary and Bill of assets (ill gotten gains) in the Clinton Foundation as well as take action on evidence obtained from Huma Abedin's husband, Anthony Weiner's laptop. The author claims that graphic images discovered on the computer show prominent politicians engaged in sexual acts and that the images were used to..."keep them in line." Further he reports that ... "rumors are swirling that there are hundreds of sealed indictments including those alleging sexual misconduct serious enough (pedophilia) that could send the Clintons and top dems to prison for life."

I find these claims by Cohen difficult to believe except for growing rumors that the Muller Probe is quietly examining both ends of the Russia collusion story. Even Peter Strzok said there was..."no there, there" to the Trump collusion allegations and suddenly we see this Executive order being released. If the Trump lie petered out, what has Muller been doing the past year? This lends credibility to at least part of the claim of a large number of sealed incitements. It would seem reasonable, if this is true, to freeze the assets of those named so they could not flee the county and take their money with them. Already a key Pakistani IT figure in the DNC computer hacking scandal has tried to jump ship and was arrested by the FBI at the airport. Could it be that Muller is operating a reverse sting, and key members of the conspiracy are being allowed to plot while kept under surveillance? If it weren't secret I could tell you the name of a humiliated FISA judge who would probably sign off on the warrant.

Consider this... would Trump have signed this executive order if he believed it was a petard to be used against him?

If you follow the news on the current political scandal you must be a bit bewildered by all that's happening.

The chickens, in the prophetic words of Reverend Jeremiah Wright, are coming home to roost. The Obama regime is being revealed as the most corrupt in American political history. What the infamous Four Page Memo shows is a nexus between the Clinton campaign, the Department of Justice (DOJ), and The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), where top tier appointed bureaucrats sought to undermine the election process and when that didn't work, COLLUDED in a plot aimed at impeachment. What takes this treasonous behavior to the next level is not that they tried to get dirt on President Trump, using the powerful tools of national intelligence, but that in failing to find it, they manufactured the dirt. Think about that... MANUFACTURING DIRT! DIRT CONJURED OUT OF THIN AIR. This is what the DOJ and FBI resorted to, as a last recourse, to try and frame President Trump. How he's managed to survive, in the face of such a vile and unscrupulous opposition, is testimony to a resonating message and a president, working tirelessly to make America great again.

What's revealed in this memo is not the last word; more is coming in a soon to be released Inspector General report. This memo is important because if offers proof, a smoking gun, of how a FISA warrant was obtained, using manufactured dirt, to get permission to spy on an opposition political candidate and party. Keep in mind that the Trump campaign and administration are newcomers on the national scene. They've not been around long enough to seriously practice the collusion they're accused of. The Democrats, on the other hand, have a well established network in place, still staffed by Obama appointees, quietly carrying out the work of the Resistance. The FISA warrant was never intended to snare Carter Page..., it was designed to "put a nose under the tent," to listen in on and fish for dirt that could be used against Trump. The conspirators behind this scheme are experts on pulling the strings of government and have written the game plan that defines what COLLUSION really is. It was not collusion between President Trump and some outsiders..., it was collusion between Hillary Clinton, the DOJ, and the FBI... a COLLUSION between rotten lawyers and bad cops, inside the box.... who despised the incoming president and were hell bent on his destruction.

I'm writing this journal entry before the 4 page memo is being released.

There is plenty of misdirection taking place as one might expect. The Democrats don't want the American People to know that the Obama Administration DOJ/FBI used a false narrative (Steele Dossier) to beef up a FISA warrant application that was then used to surveil an opposition candidate. If this happened the voters need to know. The Democratic narrative for the past year has been that the President is guilty of collusion and obstructed justice to cover it. That will come out in the Muller Investigation if it happened. Conversely, if the Obama Administration used its influence at the DOJ and FBI to go light on Hillary, and used a phoney document, to beef up a FISA warrant, twice turned down... to hoodwink a Federal Judge...then the American Public needs to know this as well.
It's one thing to get factual dirt on a political opponent and quite another to manufacture that dirt.

The essential elements of information are:

1. Who signed off on the petition for the FISA warrant.... the third time it was applied for?

2. Were parts of the Dossier used to beef up the warrant... as the Judge who turned down the first two requests insisted?

3. Who was the DOJ lead lawyer who carried the petition into the courtroom?

4. What was the basis for granting the warrant on the third try, after the first two tries were unsuccessful?

******

Around noon here Memo hit the streets. Take a look at how the contents fit into the EEI mentioned above.

1. Who signed off on the petition for the FISA warrant.... the third time it was applied for?

The memo says..."The FBI and DOJ obtained one initial FISA warrant targeting Carter Page..." This was on October 21, 2016. This was the first successful attempt following two that were rejected earlier. In this one instance, at least, the dossier was used.

2. Were parts of the Dossier used to beef up the warrant... as the Judge who turned down the first two requests insisted?

The memo says...."The "dossier"...formed an essential part of the Carter Page FISA application.

The memo goes on to quote Deputy Director McCabe who testified on December 2017 that... "no surveillance warrant would have been sought from the FISA without the Steel dossier information.

3. Who was the DOJ lead lawyer who carried the petition into the courtroom?

The memo does not identify the lead DOJ lawyer who brought the petition before the FISA court.

The memo does state that...." a FISA order on an American citizen must be renewed by there FISA every 90 days and each renewal requires a separate finding for probable cause. Then-Director Jame Comey signed three FISA applications in question on behalf of the FBI, and Deputy Director Andrew McCabe signed one. Then-DAG Sally Yates, then-Acting DAG Dana Bent, and DAG Rod Rosenstein each signed one or more FISA applications on behalf of the DOJ.

4. What was the basis for granting the warrant on the third try, after the first two tries were unsuccessful?

The memo does not mention the earlier attempts to obtain a warrant. In Klein's book he reports that in the initial attempt...." The Judge arranged a conference call with his peers and decided that the application did not ..."rise to the level of an urgent request, because there was no evidence of a national emergency and for that matter no proof that Donald Trump was connected to Russian Espionage. He scheduled a hearing for later in the week.

You can imagine the chilling effect this had on the DOJ legal term petitioning the court. Sally Yates, the Deputy Attorney General returned on the appointed day, in person, to take the matter into her own hands. After hearing the petition the Judge went behind the scenes and again consulted with other FISA judges. An hour later he reemerged and told Sally and her team of lawyers that he was rejecting the government's application for a warrant. "The application had to be modified so that it did not appear that the government was indulging in Reverse Intelligence." It is not revealed by the memo if the dossier was a part of the first two applications.

5. How does the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, who appoints these 11 judges, weigh in on the decision? Was the FISA Judge's decision prudent, based upon factual supporting evidence? Was the Judge "hoodwinked," by manufactured evidence? Was the Judge left leaning... like those in the 9th District Court? Basically, why did the Judge grant the petition, when two red flags had been raised previously? There was a precedent for saying "No" so what was it about the third petition that made it more palatable than the previous two. From the memo it appears that making the Steele Dossier the centerpiece, was the answer for getting the warrant. The FISA court is a last line of defense and is supposed to protect the people from the very abuses that are being alleged. The Chief Justice should be very concerned about what has happened here. The "hoodwinked" hypothesis might remove him from the spotlight but does not absolve the Chief Justice from a good measure of the responsibility. We deserve an explanation of what happened that day in the Secret Court. There was a stenographer present. Rand Paul is absolutely correct. The system "Hiccuped" leading to failures in both the judicial and application process.

Well, today or tomorrow should see the release of the infamous 4 page memo that is billed to show that the FBI and DOJ used the "Dossier" to beef up the petition for the FISA warrant that was used to spy upon the incoming Trump administration. Sounds convoluted doesn't it?

Allow me to review the bidding with some background on how all this nefarious scheming got started. My information is based upon what is contained in the prologue to Edward Klein's book, All Out War, The Plot to destroy Trump. To put the above memo into context, an informed reader needs to understand what was taking place in the bigger picture.

Following the surprising Trump victory the "Soros Resistance" which includes the names of Elizabeth Warren and Nancy Pelosi, shifted gears from trying to prevent Trump's election to getting him impeached before enough time passed for the new administration to get their hands on the levers of power and figure out what the Democrats had been up too the last 8 years. The 4 Page FISA memo, about to be released, will begin the gradual unraveling of more shenanigans that were taking place and the names of some dirty lawyers in the DOJ and bad cops in the FBI.

While there was plenty of bad actors such as James Comey and Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, and what they did leading up to the election, what happened a dinner party around Christmas of 2016 set forces in motion which would ultimately implicate not only some bad actors on the White House Staff but also dirty lawyers and bad cops at the highest levels of the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI.) However, President Obama, against the better judgement and advice of his wife, gave the nod to what was the worst of the many bad decisions he'd made over the course of his presidency.

At the Christmas dinner party attended by Barrack and Michelle Obama, Valarie Jarret and other close friends and guests, the featured speaker was Susan Rice... (You know of Benghazi fame and the mouthpiece of the false narrative she delivered on the Sunday Talk shows that the attack was a spontaneous uprising out of outrage over a video that upset the sensibilities of the Muslim World.) That was quickly debunked and she was transferred in disgrace and promoted to becoming the Administration's National Security Advisor.... Ahhh, yes, Susan Rice was scheduled to brief, while the desert was being served... a course of action that would revertberate down the long chain of command. She'd not been invited to the dinner as a welcomed guest.

"Michelle didn't want to have to sit through an entire dinner with Susan...." So she asked Valarie to have her presentation scheduled during coffee and desert. "Michelle wanted to make sure that Barrack understood the risk he was running if he went along with Susan's scheme to cripple Trump."

"Michelle had a completely different take on Susan. She thought Susan was careless and reckless, a lousy advocate for the president, and she blamed Susan, for a lot of things, including the clumsy way she handled Bengahazi and the Bowie Bergdahl prisoner exchange, which made the president look bad."

President Obama knew in advance the proposal about to be pitched. Rice had asked The National Security Agency "...to disclose the names of several Trump Campaign associates who were mentioned or whose conversations were captured in intelligence intercepts of Russian officials... He knew that Rice wanted him to sign orders permitting the National Security agency to lower the secrecy classification of these intercepts and disseminate the unmasked names to sixteen other intelligence agencies allowing hundreds of people throughout the government to have access to the names... He knew Rice wanted to encourage leaks to the Washington Post and New York Times accusing Trump and his campaign of collusion..."

This was the genesis of the whole "Collusion Narrative."

"If Rice's plot succeeded---that is, if it could be proven that Trump had colluded with Putin during the campaign or later tried to impede an investigation into such collusion--- Trump would likely face charges of impeachment." This was the endgame strategy of what the Democrats were angling for.

As it turned out this initiative carried out by Susan Rice failed to yield much additional information. There was no collusion found and by all indications were that there was not much more coming out of it. What it did do was set into motion the idea of collusion. Others involved in the unmasking and leaking soon concluded that if there was no real dirt, it only meant that the messaging had to be worked on. That in the absence of factual dirt, the obvious recourse was to use manufactured dirt... and guess what? SHAZAN! The dirt had already been manufactured and purchased any Hillary Clinton for 12 million dollars .. in the Steele Dossier. Never mind that it had been discredited and revealed for what it was.... Russian propaganda woven so ineptly into such an unbelievably bad product, that counter Intelligence professionals saw it Immediately for the fake narrative it was. Still it could still be cleaned up and used to hoodwink a FISA court judge, and maybe produce a small return on a bad investment.

Chapter 3 of Klein's book is named "The Room of the Requirement." If the reader Is not familiar with how the FISA process works this is must reading.

1. "...The FISA court, as it is known, oversees requests for surveillance warrants by federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies against foreign spies and agents of foreign powers operating inside the United States. Eleven Circuit Court Judges are appointed by the Chief Justice of the supreme Court. The court is open 24/7.

2. In early summer 2016 the DOJ petitioned the court on a weekend. The judge proceeded to the E. Barrett Prettyman courthouse. The Courthouse has a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SKIF). Inside the court is a room for a judge, stenographer and the partitioners, DOJ Lawyers, for the warrant. In a chamber behind the bench is a room with a conferencing capability to consult and speak with other FISA judges.

3. "The request for surveillance specifically named Trump and three of his properties-- Trump Tower, the Trump golf club in New Jersey, and Mar-a-Lago. It requested permission to intercept the electronic records from two Russian banks that had communicated with the Internet address of a computer server in Trump Tower.

4. The Judge arranged a conference call with his peers and decided that the application did not ..."rise to the level of an urgent request, because there was no evidence of a national emergency and for that matter no proof that Donald Trump was connected to Russian Espionage. He scheduled a hearing for later in the week.

You can imagine the chilling effect this had on the DOJ legal term petitioning the court... FISA applications are rarely turned down. The application had to be modified so that it did not appear that the government was indulging in Reverse Intelligence. This is "legalize" for going on a fishing expedition.

The same day Attorney General, Loretta Lynch called Valerie Jarrett telling her the FISA warrant request had been turned down. Jarrett replied...

"...she (Jarrett) told Lynch that the president wanted to bypass the FISA court for the time being. They could go back to the FISA court with a modified application later in the fall. In the meantime she wanted Lynch to speak to Carl Ghattas, the head of the National Security Branch of the Justice Department , which had oversight over the FBI's counterintelligence operations. Jarrett wanted the FBI counter-intelligence investigation into Russia's meddling in the election and she wanted Lynch to order Ghattas to give Comey the authority. More than that, she wanted the FBI to investigate the possibility that members of the Trump campaign had cooperated with the Kremlin's dirty work."

If you're still following along, the third attempt at obtaining a FISA warrant came on October 15th, just three weeks before the election. A different FISA judge sat the bench. Hillary was still trying to decide how to best use the Dossier to discredit Trump in her bid for the presidency. It had been pretty much discredited by this time. It is not known who led the DOJ team who petitioned the third tine for the warrant or indeed who signed off on it. This is what the 4 page memo should reveal. Who was involved? Was it Loretta Lynch or Rob Rosenstein who signed off? Who led the DOJ team into the Courthouse. Was it Sally Yates or somebody else. What was contained in the petition to beef it up. Was it information from the Dossier? How was the application modified to make it more compelling? No sense in speculating further at this point since it appears the memo will be released tomorrow. At least you know now what to be looking for.

Note: This blog contains notes of internet buzz surrounding the death off Seth Rich a matter I have been following.

How connected is Seth Rich’s murder to the recent DNC scandal:
The Gateway Pundit reported that earlier this week that Washington DC area detective Rod Wheeler tweeted out about the high profile arrest of former DNC Chair IT specialist Imran Awan.

Rod Wheeler told his Twitter followers there may be a connection to Imran Awan’s arrest and “other” local cases.

The “other” local case Wheeler refers to in his tweet is the unsolved Seth Rich murder.

Wasserman Schultz aide arrested trying to leave the country

World Net Daily is now reporting on Seth Rich attending a party with Washington DC IT workers the night of his death…

During the course of his investigation of Rich’s mysterious murder, Wheeler claims, he learned something peculiar that he hadn’t heard before: Rich attended a party with numerous IT workers the night he was killed. After the party, Rich went to Lou’s City Bar, the last known location where he was seen before his murder.

Wheeler said he was determined to learn more about the IT party and who was in attendance, but all his questions have gone unanswered.

“Seth attended that party, and I wanted to know who else was at that party. But I could never find out,” Wheeler said. “When I went back to ask other people who should have known who was at that party – these were people who were close to Seth – they told me, ‘You don’t need to know who was at that party because it had nothing to do with his death.’”

Uncovering more details about the attendees of the party is essential in the Rich homicide investigation, Wheeler contends.

“He was at the party before he went to the bar. What you do in a murder investigation is you work backward. You want to trace the victim’s steps as far back as you can – who was that person around the day before? – as far back as you can,” he said. “What was interesting is when I am told as an investigator that I don’t need to talk to people who were at the party. It makes you wonder why.”

As WND reported, last week, federal agents arrested Awan, the IT aide of Wasserman Schultz and the top suspect in a major Democratic hacking scandal, at Dulles Airport in Virginia as he tried to flee the U.S. and fly to the Mideast.

Awan’s arrest came just one day after reports emerged that the FBI had seized numerous “smashed hard drives” and other computer equipment from Awan’s previous residence. The former House IT staffer is suspected of stealing sensitive information from the office computers of numerous Democratic Party lawmakers and sending that data to a secret server.

Awan and his family members, all of whom worked as IT professionals for members of Congress, were banned from the House network Feb. 2, 2017, by the House Sergeant at Arms.

Despite the rapidly escalating scandal that potentially involves multiple federal crimes, Awan had been kept on the payroll of former DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who circumvented the ban by having him “advise” her office.

In the wake of WikiLeaks posting damaging internal emails during the 2016 election, Wasserman Schultz resigned from her post as DNC chairwoman and blamed the scandal on an alleged hacking by Russians.

After the emails became public, Donna Brazile, who served as interim DNC chairwoman following Wasserman Schultz’s resignation, initially claimed the messages were fabricated. Then she alleged Russians stole the emails.

The FBI requested access to the DNC’s server to determine who was responsible for the breach. According to former FBI Director James Comey, the DNC refused to grant access to its server.

Awan reportedly possessed the password to the iPad Wasserman Schultz used when the DNC emails were provided to WikiLeaks.

Meanwhile, some have speculated that Rich – who worked in the voter analysis division of the DNC and was brutally murdered on July 10, 2016, on a street near his Washington home – was an inside source who leaked party insider emails to WikiLeaks during the 2016 presidential race.

Conservative101 reports how Hannity and Rivera are now vocally connecting Awan, Schultz and Rich…

“Well, now you have a possible suspect. Here’s the corrupt IT guy standing on the shoulders of Debbie Wasserman Schultz arrested at the airport trying to flee, charged with stealing hundreds of thousands, maybe millions, of dollars,” said Rivera.

“What if he was the source to WikiLeaks? He has all the passwords. He has all the information. This is a huge story … Everyone assumed it was the Russians who hacked the DNC and then gave WikiLeaks the emails,” said Rivera.

For a long time people thought that Seth Rich was the person who leaked information to Wikileaks. Seth Rich was then murdered in a mysterious ‘botched robbery’ in which nothing was stolen. “[Wikileaks’ Founder] Assange told me personally five times that it wasn’t a state or Russia,” said Hannity.

“If you can prove disgruntled Democrats were the leakers and not the Russians, as Julian Assange has said … doesn’t that blow the whole thing out of the water?” said Hannity. Check out the video below.

I was surprised when Glen Beck got fired from Fox News....well, I was and I wasn't. He was making some real headway in exposing the George Soros network. He has this rogue's gallery of enablers with pictures pasted all over the wall who he networked on his show and named who they were and what they were involved in. Now it could well be that Beck was fired on some salacious and unrelated matter, that Fox didn't want to have get out.., anything is possible, however the timing over the direction his program took and where he was fixated, and his abrupt dismissal leave plenty of questions regarding timing and coincidence. With hat in hand he shuffled off quietly and one has to look hard these days to see what he's up to.

This brings us back to the "Great Meddler" George Soros. (On page 158.)

After the election and Trump won...

"Jarrett arranged a visit by Hillary Clinton, who urged Obama to join her in leading the resistance."

"Jarret made sure that Obama received assurances of support from George Soros, who had been funding Obama since his early days in the Illinois state legislature. Soros promised that he'd put together a war chest with the help of other liberal money bags such as investment banker, David Shaw, real estate heiress Amy Goldman Fowler, venture capitalists Ryan Smith and Kenneth Levine, San Francisco-based philanthropists, John and Marcia Goldman, medical device heir Jon Stryker and real estate investors Wayne Jordan and Mary Quinn Delaney."

The primary focus of the Resistance is to distract attention away from the Democrats and focus the spotlight on the Republicans. Despite having lost their direct hand-on grips to the levers of power, they still had plenty of partisans intrenched in the Deep State. To put the best possible spin on why they lost the election the brain trust decided they would try and sell a story that the Russians colluded with members of the Trump Administration to "steal the election". Stealing elections is a familiar theme with Democrats who never lose an election, they always have it stolen. This was an area they had plenty of experience in, since long before Trump arrived on the political scene the Leftists were well versed in how the ropes were arranged and operated.

Using National Intelligence Gathering Assets they soon learned that Donald Trump Junior had talked with the Soviets. (Page141)

"The collusion argument picked up steam after it was revealed that Donald Trump Jr. met in Trump Tower during the presidential campaign with Natalia Veselnitskaya, a Russian Lawyer connected to the Kremlin.... The Russians arranged the meeting by promising to reveal dirt on Hillary Clinton, but within the first few minutes it became clear they didn't have any dirt. Their real motive was to lobby the Trump campaign to push for repeal of United States sanctions imposed on certain Russian Officials by the 2012 Magnitsky Act."

"Trump Jr. later admitted that he should't have taken the meeting and he released the e-mail chain that led up to the meeting. He acknowledged that everyone quickly realized that the meeting was a waste of time, that no information about Hillary Clinton cooperating with the Russians was divulged, that the entire meeting lasted only twenty minutes, and there was no further contact between him and the Russians."

This has been the whole basis for the "Russia Collusion" hypothesis and for the past year the mainstream media has awakened each morning thinking that today was the day that the Muller investigation would make their case and Trump Jr. would be led off in handcuffs. Even Peter Sryzok knew better and emailed Lisa Page "...There is no there there."

The whole purpose of the Muller probe has been to deflect attention away from the abuses of the Obama Administration over the past decade, sabotage the Trump presidency, and wishfully hope the witch hunt will turn up something on Trump that might constitute an impeachable offense.

Sorry I got off the track on George Soros... maybe tomorrow.

Last night I attended an activity sponsored by a club I belong to. Feeling bold I decided to step outside my "Echo Chamber" and ask the following question.

There is a scandal brewing in Washington that could be right up there with Watergate. What is it?

1. The Muller Probe is about to hand out incitements.

2. A memo will soon be reveal how FISA warrants were obtained for political purposes.

3. Impeachment Proceedings are soon to begin.

4. The President colluded with the Russians to win the election.

I asked this question to a half dozen of my friends. How did they respond? To a man they responded with answers 1, 3 and 4. Answer 2 was never selected.

Nobody is listening.

As I saw the DACA militants screaming at Nancy Pelosi it suddenly became clear why Democrats are so frightened by the Radical Leftists.

If anyone crosses these Neo-Socialists they cut off a candidate's funding or worse, get in their faces, and show up at their town meetings, as they did earlier in the week. These are the "Brown Shirts" of George Soros, who has boots on the ground experience with this form of militancy in Budapest dating to WW2. Himself a Jew, he concealed his identity and participated with his "Godfather" in confiscating the property of Jews sent to the Death Camps. (Page 86, All Out War, The Plot To Destroy Trump).

If American's realized the full extent of his meddling in American Politics they would be aghast. Soros is the most powerful political figure in the country and he doesn't even hold office. Once President Trump gets through the Midterms it will be time to move on this menace. His behavior is analogous to the Doctor who molested all those little girls on the US Olympic Team, the difference being that he is a political pervert rather than a sexual one. I can see why the mainstream Democrats are scared to death of him... and vote lockstep to whatever he tells them to do. Hut!, Hut! Hut! Hut! He scares me, and the last person to ever do that was carrying an AK-47.

In 1998 Soros was interviewed by Steve Croft on "Sixty Minutes."

He was asked "You watched lots of people getting shipped off to the Death Camps."

Soros replied, "Right, I was 14 years old. And I would say that that's when my character was made."

Kraft: "In what Way?"

Soros: "That one should think ahead. One should understand and--anticipate events and when--one is threatened. It was a tremendous threat of evil. I mean, it was a--a very personal experience of evil."

Kraft: "I mean that's--- that sounds like an experience that would send lots of people to the psychiatric couch for many, many years. Was it difficult?

Soros: Not--not at all. Not at all. Maybe as a child you don't -- see the connection. But it was--it created no problem at all.

Kraft: No feeling of guilt?

Soros: No

Read the above carefully and let it sink in. When Glen Beck was closing in on Soros and his Network of enablers, he was fired from his show on Fox News. Even at Fox, the last bastion of honest reporting, Soros was able to reach out and strike down his most vocal opponent.

In a broader context many who know George attribute to him a messiah complex. Soros doesn't disagree.

"I fancied myself as some kind of God... If truth be known, I carried some potent messianic fantasies with me from childhood, which I felt I had to confront, otherwise they mighty get me in trouble."

In another he said: (Page 87)

"It's a sort of disease when you consider yourself some kind of god, the creator of everything, but I feel comfortable with it now since I began to live it out."

Is anybody out there listening?

I'm shocked by the revelations coming out on Fox News, as articulated by Sean Hannity and Laura Ingram.

There has been an orchestrated conspiracy by disenchanted partisans in the Obama Administration to Clear Hillary Clinton of wrongdoing and to create a false narrative to prevent Trump from being elected and then to impeach the president using a fabricated dossier.

This kind of stuff is not supposed to happen in the United States of America.

The Rogue's Gallery of conspirators includes Barrack Obama, Valerie Jarrett, Hillary Clinton, Susan Rice, Loretta Lynch, Sally Yates, James Comey, Peter Strzok, Andrew McCabe, and Lisa Page. There are many more second tier practitioners on a list that could soon include John Breennan and James Clapper.

Every effort is being made to maintain the cover-up, however the egg is cracking and the bile is seeping out. The Four Page Memo that gives a summary of nefarious activity is about to be released and promises to let the cat out of the bag. Rod Rosenstein has pleaded with Speaker of the House Paul Ryan not to release it, however sources at Fox News insist it will soon be publicly aired.

We are witnessing a public scandal unprecedented in American Political History. It will show the behind the scenes conspiracy to clear Hillary Clinton of criminal wrongdoing prior to the election and if that isn't enough show that a "Palace Coup" attempt has been under way since President Trump was elected.

70 News reported on October 17, 2016 that after an interview with Matt Lauer that Hillary Clinton, after being questioned about her E-mail scandal came unglued after the interview and threw a fit that even by her foul mouthed standards was a benchmark for her deeply entrenched racist views.

After coming out of the interview she said to Donna Brazil: "I'm so sick of your face. You stare at the wall like a brain dead buffalo," She accused Brazil ..." of Letting that F****ing Lauer get away with this." The rant went on..." Get to F*** to work janitoring this mess-- do I make myself clear?" For those who are not aware it was Brazil (A black woman) who was Chairwoman of the DNC, who had served as conduit for secretly passing debate questions in advance to Hillary during he Presidential Debates, provided to her by the mainstream news networks. Imagine how Brazil must have felt being addressed as a menial servant.

If that wasn't bad enough Clinton went on...."If that F***ing bastard (Donald Trump) wins we will all HANG FROM NOOSES. Lauer's finished and if I lose it's all on your heads for screwing this up...." Following this tirade..."Hillary proceeded to pick up a full glass of water and throw it at the face of her assistants, and the screaming started."

Talk about somebody unfit for office...Hillary Clinton was a national disaster in the making. If she hadn't been defeated none of what we are now seeing would've ever been revealed. Now, the American people are seeing her true racial colors and beginning to realize what her "noose" comment was referring to.

John McCain and Lindsey Graham are "Never Trumpers," who under the guise of "bipartisanship," operate as wolves in sheep's clothing. They hate the President and will say or do anything to bring him down. It was with great relish that McCain cast the deciding vote that doomed replacing Obamacare. McCain never got over the the President's impugning his Vietnam War hero status. Graham's deep hostility goes back to the Primaries where President Trump released his private cell phone number. These are petty men who have allowed their egos to get in the way of doing what's best for the country. Even though they're Republicans, they would both rather see their party fail than promote any legislative action that would enhance the president's growing momentum and reputation for getting things done.

It's a great irony that the Democrats have been slowly selling out their traditional base. The Blacks, who the Democrats take for granted, are beginning to see the corner they've been painted into, in an entirely new light . The squalor or the inner (Sanctuary) cities, the bleak Projects, the drug abuse and welfare have taken its toll on the spirit of Afro-American communities. The Black Caucus has completely sold out to the Liberals. Suddenly Donald Trump, someone that few blacks voted for, is showing the status quo does not have to be the way it is. Black unemployment is at an all time low and the welfare roles are following close behind. Nothing like a little dignity to illuminate the bleak existance that black Americans have long endured. If the Republicans are smart this is a fertile area for expanding their base. Chuck Schumer has bet it all on the DACA "Dreamers" which is a euphemism for a hoard of illegal immigrants which number 3.5 million. To save a base that is collapsing for want of any theme other than "Hate Trump," the Liberals know they need to import voters if they expect to remain viable. First Democrats lost the South, then the Union rank and file, then God fearing Americans, and the rest of the middle class has followed. The Neo-Socialists, which is a better name for Democrats, led by George Soros, rabid Liberals, and European Bilderburgers, have gone too far.

The worst thing that President Trump could do is cave on the immigration issue. Making all these illegals into voting citizens is not smart. While not the brightest of ideas, it would not be the end of the world. The assumption made by the Democrats that these uneducated hispanics would flock to embrace Neo-Socialism is pretty optimistic and farfetched. Hispanics are hard working, come from close families, believe in God and as Catholics are anti-abortion. They have seen first hand the corruption of the Socialist Banana Republics. While these refugees are viewed by the elitists with the same jaundiced eye that looks disparagingly on Blacks, "Deplorables," and Red Necks, there comes a time every two years when they need the support of low information voters at the polling booths.

There is a long and hard-fought battle that lies ahead but there is now a glimmer of "Hope" all but snuffed out during the rampant corruption and abuses of the Obama Administration.

As I reflected on Jim Rutenberg's article in yesterday's blog, it dawned on me that it goes beyond simply a Manifesto for mainstream opposition reporting. To see this all one has to do is change a few key words and fill in the blanks.

If you're a "Civil Servant" and believe that Donald J. Trump is a demagogue playing to the Nation's worst racist and nationalistic tendencies, that he cozies up to anti-American dictators and that he would be dangerous with control of the United States nuclear codes, how the heck are you supposed to cover him? Because if you believe all of these things you have to throw out the "Constitution of the United States" and approach your "day to day responsibilities" in a way that you've never approached anything in your life. If you view a Trump presidency as something that is potentially dangerous then your "administrative duties" are going to reflect that. You would move closer than you've ever been to "weaponizing the special trust and confidence vested in you by the American People." That's uncomfortable and uncharted territory for every honest "bureaucrat" I've ever known, and by normal standards, untenable... But let's face it: Balance has been on vacation since Mr. Trump stepped onto his golden Trump escalator last year to announce his candidacy "and its time to begin mortgaging your integrity."

Or lets assume you're in the military.

If you're "a member of the Armed Forces" and believe that Donald J. Trump is a demagogue playing to the Nations worst racist and nationalistic tendencies, that he cozies up to anti-American dictators and that he would be dangerous with control of the United States nuclear codes, how the heck are you supposed to serve him? Because if you believe all of these things "you have to throw out your oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States," and approach "your duty" in a way that you've never approached anything in your "career." If you view a Trump presidency as something that is potentially dangerous then "your service" is going to reflect that. You would move closer than you've ever been to being "a traitor." That's uncomfortable and uncharted territory for every military man and woman I've ever known, and by normal standards, untenable... But let's face it: Balance has been on vacation since Mr. Trump stepped onto his golden Trump escalator last year "and its time for you and your comrades, to cross the Rubicon."

Edward Klein in his book, All Out War, The Plot To Destroy Trump, is must reading for anyone who wishes to look behind the scenes of all the political intrigue of the past year. While full of amazing insights, the one that struck me most was an article by Jim Rutenberg, the media columnist for the New York Times. What he penned was A Manifesto for the Fake News. Beginning on page 45 is one of the damndest things I've ever read. It suddenly dawned on me that this was not only a Manifesto for Rogue Journalists but also applies to many of the top tier bureaucrats of the Deep State. Here it is....

"If you're a working journalist and believe that Donald J. Trump is a demagogue playing to the Nations worst racist and nationalistic tendencies, that he cozies up to anti-American dictators and that he would be dangerous with control of the United States nuclear codes, how the heck are you supposed to cover him? Because if you believe all of these things you have to throw out the textbook American Journalism has been using for the better part of the past half-century, if not longer, and approach it in a way that you've never approached anything in your career. If you view a Trump presidency as something that is potentially dangerous then your reporting is going to reflect that. You would move closer than you've ever been to being oppositional. That's uncomfortable and uncharted territory for every mainstream, non-opinion journalist I've ever known, and by normal standards, untenable... But let's face it: Balance has been on vacation since Mr. Trump stepped onto his golden Trump escalator last year to announce his candidacy."

If this doesn't bother you it should. It's encouraging Yellow Journalism! Speaking of "Yellow" the line about the "golden Trump escalator" sounds a whole lot like "The Golden Shower" dossier.... I'm sure the resonance was not lost on Rutenberg's following of rudderless peers.

The list of deep state players, I wrote about yesterday, are some of the major ones however, the list is not inclusive. I’ve not included the political parties, who are constitutional players and duly elected representatives of the people. The deep state are bodies which evolved for various reasons and operate on the fringe of government each with a special interest. For example, consider how several of these interacted in opposition to the Trump administration.

"Adam Housley of Fox initially reported on the unmasking scandal, saying that the person who unmasked the identities of Trump Transition Team members, was someone “very well known, very high up, very senior in the intelligence world.” It has since been asserted that this individual is Susan Rice, who was a National Security Advisor under President Obama."

Evelyn Farkas was a low-level functionary who had served in the Department of Defense and found employment with the Clinton campaign. During the transition Susan Rice decided to “weaponize” a tool, designed to protect the American people against foreign foes and use it for political purposes. Given the green light by Pres. Obama, she got the CIA/NASA to unmask US citizens and reduced the classification level of their products that would permit a wider dissemination and virtually ensure it would be relayed to the media and other adversaries of the incoming administration

On MSNBC, Farkas blurted out that the new flurry of unmasked intelligence needed to be preserved and used in opposition to a president that she projected would not be around much longer. So, what was initiated by Susan Rice the outgoing National Security Adviser by using Pres. Obama’s authority to unmask General Flynn and others ensured, that it got passed down to a level it should never have been allowed to reach.

“Michael Flynn was unmasked and then illegally his identify was leaked out to media outlets, despite the fact that, as NSA Director Rogers said, that unmasking and revealing individuals endangers “national security.”

Meanwhile, other operatives like Farkas worked tirelessly to make sure it got into his many partisan hands as possible.

“If they found out how we knew what we knew about their the staff the Trump staff dealing with Russians, that they would try to compromise those sources and methods.”

I strongly urge readers who consider themselves informed citizens to read Edward Klein's book "All Out War... The Plot to Destroy Trump. It lays out all the forces that have been at work to bring down this leader, unique in American political history from the time he entered the race for President to the final months of his first year in office.

It demonstrates how fragile is the constitution that underpins the fabric of our Republic and how the "Deep State" has become a force in government that has become even more powerful than our elected representatives. It is fascinating to see how powerful the Deep State has become and how it has managed to subvert the will of the people. Perhaps the best place to start is to define what the Deep State is and how its tentacles have found workarounds to the Constitutional protections that protect us from the abuses of power that have plagued societies from the beginning of time.

Why would people want to undermine the constitution and the form of government that have done so much to catapult the citizens of the United States into a socio economic state unrivaled on the planet? Certainly there are other governments who wish us ill but that is nothing new. What is more insidious are those who seek pervert the instruments of power for what they consider to be the "Greater Good" which is the idea that it is OK to break the law if the result will be to make our Republic better. This notion is at the root of what has enabled the rise of the Deep State.

The Deep state consists of the following Players:

1. The administrative agencies of Government.

2. The Influence peddlers.

3. The Military Industrial Complex.

4. The Intelligence gathering agencies.

5. Wealthy elitists.

6. The Media.

7. Educational and religious institutions.

8. Banks and financial institutions.

9, Hollywood and Sports industry.

10. The Legal industry.

These are the major players and they are intertwined, represent a special interest and exercise their means (on the margin), using government to the "Greater Good" (as they see it)of our society.

I remember when this all started,

The Democrats decided to blame their election loss on the Russians and accused the Republicans of Colluding with the Soviets. The nightly news was a harangue of indignant Democratic legislators demanding a Special Investigator be appointed to look into the matter. In a superbly orchestrated performance on what seemed like every oversight committee in Congress they began and ended their allotted time by insisting this investigation be initiated, forthwith. It was a classic example of... "Be Careful what you wish for."

After almost a year of investigating there has been no collusion that President Trump was a part of. What is coming out is that over the past eight years there has been plenty of collusion involving the Obama Administration and the Russians. Twenty percent of our Uranium reserves were secretly given to the Soviets and one hundred and fifty million dollars flowed into the coffers of the Clinton Foundation. Is it any surprise that Everything Hillary clinton touched in posturing herself for the Presidency gets tainted? From the Email Server, to the Play for Pay, to marketing National Security for a bribe, the revelations keep coming. The latest scandal is that Obama, to get his Iran Deal, called off an investigation involving DEA who were trying to stop Hezbollah from cornering the cocaine market in the US. The sleaze of the Obama Administration just keeps on flowing and getting worse. The next one in the cue is that Susan Rice briefed the President at a White House dinner on her intentions to unmask political rivals and that Obama gave the green light to use National Assets to surveil the Republican Transition Team. First Brennon and now Clapper...where is all the corruption going to end?

The Democrats claim they fear that Muller will be fired. This is wishful thinking. The longer the investigation goes on the better it looks for the Republicans... the dirt keeps coming and the liberals are no longer able to use the levers of power to squelch it. It is a lesson we can all learn from. Beware of unintended consequences and those gifts that keep on giving.

There have been rumors for some time that MJ 12 or whatever it morphed into has an element that favors public disclosure, in one form or the other. Some favor enough disclosure to frame a cover story that will reveal some of what has happened over the past seventy-five years and put the whole unfortunate affair into the best possible light. Others are beginning to see where all the secrecy is leading, which has become a cancer that affects our system of government and is creating opportunities for corruption and tools to undermine or overthrow the political process of our Republic.

It is hard to say how corrupted our intelligence agencies have become. A few rotten apples seeded at the top through the "Appointee Process" infect others and soon the maliase begins filtering down. It has happened in the Internal Revenue service (Lois Lerner) the White House and is now being evidenced in the Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

So if it can happen here why can't it have spread to everything the Obama Administration touched? It is easy to give the Central Intelligence Agency and the Defense Intelligence Agency a pass and believe they provided good intelligence to the White House only to have it leaked by Political Operatives... It is well documented that this took place during the transition while Susan Rice was the National Security Advisor. General Flynn was unmasked doing something that could have been shady and the political cronies with their hands on the levers of power went ballistic. Look what is going to happen when "Honest Brokers" (such as ourselves) hand off power to those scheming capitalists of the Trump administration? Such is the vein their thinking probably took, to justifying a belief that abuse of power is OK if used to accomplish the "Greater Good," as they define it.

So where did this "Greater Good" justification stem from? It is simply a dusting off of the "Real Politic" idea that there is no such thing as morality when a Nation State exercises its National Interests...that a Nation State is not bound by any moral code that applies to individuals who make up a society... Reduced to its lowest common denominator it is the old adage... "The Ends justify the means.... the victors write the history. To the Democrats, overtaken by a Liberal, neo-socialistic philosophy this belief has become a pivotal component of their political strategy.

As we prepare for the new year, and politicians are thought to be home enjoying the holidays with their families and perhaps meeting with their local constituents... something quite different is taking place. Members on both sides of the isle are huddling with the brain trusts and money interests behind their Party. Something truly momentous is shaping up that will be playing out in the next year. What will soon be revealed is that the Obama Administration has committed political crimes unprecedented in the history of our nation. The tools and resources of the United States have been shamelessly applied by Democrats to undermine and destroy their political rivals, the Republicans.

As 2017 draws to a close a rare glimpse of what has been happening for the last eight years is seen through the crack of closed doors.

1. The Investigation of President Trump for colluding with the Russians is a false trail. Colluding with the Russians has indeed taken place and been happening long before President Trump and his entourage arrived on the political scene. An effort is underway to blame the Trump administration for the sins of the past. What isn't even being addressed is the question..."Why would the Russians, after eight years of US decline, prefer Donald Trump to Hillary Clinton?" In the past eight years the Soviets have reemerged under Putin and made strong progress in restoring the integrity of their shattered empire dismembered by the policies of the Regan Administration. Why would anyone think the Russians would prefer a capitalist, who might just revitalize our flagging economy, over a socialist leaning candidate who promised eight more years of stagnation?

2. The Uranium 1 deal is a potential bombshell. If the nine principles who signed off are scrutinized, the US is likely to discover that here is where the real "collusion" with the Russians took place.

3. Already the onion is being pealed back showing that the top leadership at the FBI were tainted by a carefully orchestrated coverup in the Hillary Clinton E-mail scandal. The Director, James Comey, was fired, after he LEAKED! a fabricated Memo-For-Record for the sole purpose of prompting the appointment of a Special Prosecutor. The Lead Investigator with fingerprints all over the E-mail whitewash, and the most watered down, questioning in Bureau history is being revealed as a political operative who was not satisfied with marginalizing the server investigation but went on to galvanize fake evidence used to obtain a FISA warrant to spy on members of the incoming administration. It is a sordid tale of conspirators hatching partisan plans in the office of the Deputy Director of the FBI. John McCabe has announced his retirement.

4. So far the Directors of the other Intelligence agencies must be worried. Peter Strzok, the FBI's number two counter intelligence operative, has been using tools, designed to protect our Republic in ways that are partisan, and shamefully designed to undermine it. If this does't send a shiver through the spooks, nothing will. If it can happen at the FBI, a pillar off our Intelligence gathering community, then why can't it happen at the DIA and CIA? At best Strzok is a aberration and at worst an example of a more pervasive problem The Intelligence community is hiding something huge and it could well that their dark little secret is in serious jeopardy. Where did the Uranium go? This is the 150 million dollar question? We now know that a bribe went into the coffers of the Clinton Foundation, but what about the the "Yellow Cake?" Already the spooks are dusting off their B and C plans. We are seeing evidence they are paving the way with the recent clips on Fox news of UFO's caught on the gun cameras of modern fighter aircraft. Plan B will attempt to reveal as little as possible. Plan C will provide a bit more disclosure but stop short of revealing the full extent of the Secret Space Program. Under no circumstances will the cat get out that we work daily with Aliens at the Dolce Facility, and have already established bases on the Moon and Mars. We might catch a glimpse of what is being discovered in Antartica. That will be the story of a lifetime, but as many are saying....This is only the tip of the iceburg.

Oh how tangled the web of deception has become.
