What's a quick and easy way to find this months site competition? They're all named something different so I don't even know how to search for it...
From the Community menu on the left, you can hit Contests or The Hub...that's a good place to start.
HAHA! found it! thanks for the reminder!

         "BOOK IDEA - The Believers
Edited
Time for a 24 hour mini challenge! *AND THE CROWD GOES WILD!*
I got a new bun in the oven (calm down, bun as in new novel idea, oven as in my brain) and I'm curious what other people would do with the following:

In 100 words or less, continue, or better yet, FINISH the story. You don't HAVE to write a completion but bonus points if you do.

PRIZES!

Ends Tomorrow, 6/5 at 5pm!
A coworker lost her 33yr old son to an enlarged heart. If they pass a card I'm thinking to write: No words can express the sorrows of the bereft. I hope you find solace with friends and family at this time.

Is that too dramatic? staid?
The second sentence is okay.

The first sentence with "express" and "of" says that the bereaved coworker can't find any words. Which is a bit off.

Generally what that sort of statement intends to say is that the speaker can't find any words, or that no words from the speaker can change the recipient's sorrows. Try something a little simpler and more direct to match the second sentence:
No words can express my sympathy for your loss.
Phrase of the week: nasal flatulence

My sneeze just now was not a cute "achoo", but a clumsy reverberation; more like nasal flatulence than an innocent sternutation.
I've added a new entry to my book, "Reflections: A Book:
         "Burnout
So excited about my new fellow yellows! "Note: Congratulations to our newest..."

and when/if I get some time I may wanna take ∞Purple Princess∞ up on her challenge: "Note: Congratulations to for comb..."
