I added a new item explaining my playing card game, which I call Smith'em! It is an eclectic mix of Blackjack, Go Fish and Poker and is both simple to learn and play, but takes much practice to master. Simple, fun and addictive.
Added a new item that describes my new format/form of Checkers, which I call Straigckers (Straight + Checkers) because to win is to form a straight diagonal line! But there are special conditions, which you will have to read to learn more.
This could be a fun activity for you and your kids! If I could make the rules clearer, please show and tell me how in a review or message!
Edit: If you enter the Good Deeds Get CASH contest or if you've won at least once and are allowed to enter again, please feel free to write a review for my item, then feel free to enter your review into the contest! It is better if you've played games like Checkers, Chess, or Go or even Connect Four, since you will be more equipped with the knowledge needed. I want your review to help me simplify my instructions to a form of simple English and to make my rules easier to understand.
I'm sorry for deleting Uncreedism... I was half asleep when I tried to edit it and accidentally deleted it. But I promise not to even get on here if I'm falling asleep.
If you continually enter the Good Deeds Get CASH contest for the best reviews on this site, and you have studied comparative religions, or are interfaith, or if you have no definition/word for your beliefs, I'd like your thorough review of the piece I am about to share.
I feel that if your review wins either 1st, 2nd, or even 3rd place, that we both will benefit (you would win money and publicity and I would simply gain publicity, if that's how it works at least). Also, I'd really love someone who's already won to review my item (if that's within the rules).
I have an interesting writing prompt for you all, and I didn't know exactly where to post it, because the navigation of the site and search feature didn't help...
Writing Prompt: Exotagonist Flash Fiction
An exotagonist is the main character in this genre of fiction. The exotagonist is the center and focus of the story, but the exotagonist must never meet nor engage with the protagonist nor the antagonist. I know the standard definition of a protagonist is the main character of the story, but in the sense of exotagonism the protagonist is simply the main character fighting on behalf of the exotagonist, and the antagonist is trying to slander or defile the reputation and/or the physical safety of the exotagonist.
Now that you know what the exotagonist genre is about, this writing prompt is to ask you to write a flash fiction piece that expresses the struggle being faced by all three characters: Exotagonist, Protagonist and Antagonist.
I created a new item with an essay I just wrote by improvising. It details my REM sleep dream I had about an artificial satellite version of Nikola Tesla's concept of the World Wireless System NASA had built from the concept. Trust me, it is a bit of a shocker!
I have created an item discussing a simplified version of Hinduism, as Dudeism is a simplified version of Taoism. Review if you'd like, but if not, then thank you for reading at least. I know some of you have to be itching for cash from the Good Deeds Get CASH review contest though.
I edited my item about PlayLifing. Thanks to member, Elle for her concise, clear and helpful review, I was able to clean up the item (document) and I was able to clarify the rules to my game! Thanks again, Elle! Much blessings to such a wonderful reviewer.
I cannot for the life of me find a reviewer in Request Reviews that is interested in my item's genres! I am offering an open review request and 2,000 Gift Points to a reviewer who is seasoned in any of the following card game formats(can be all or at least 1): TCGs/CCGs/LCGs(like Magic: The Gathering, etc), commercial/designer games(like Uno, etc), and playing card games with a traditional deck(like War or Go Fish).
What I hope to get out of a review:
1) Brutally honest
2) Will knit pick at all of my game mechanics for Playlifing
3) Tell me what you think of my game rules(what you like and what you don't)
4) Tell me how this article could be made more interesting and how it can be made better(whether grammatical, clarifications I could make to understand the game better, just whatever your style).
1-4 is only a guide, you are free to review in your own style. I was only stating what I hoped to get out of it, as I will not dictate what you do as long as you are interested and seasoned in card games.
I added the rules to this exciting and eclectic card game called PlayLifing! It's a playing card game using a 52-card Poker Deck based on Life Decking in combat-themed TCG/CCG/LCG's, but the Deck is shared and thus becomes Play Life.
I added the song lyrics that I wrote for a classmate of mine, who was like a soul mate to me. Sadly, she took her own life in September 2010... We were both in the Glasgow High School Class of 2006. She was our class valedictorian, and she really had a lot of love for people.
Before I get all emotional, I wanted to share the lyrics with y'all...
