Learned something today. A guy called my on Saturday asking if I had a certain AMSOIL product. My first reaction was to be negative and turn him down because I dislike calls from people who have not planned their car's oil change maintenance. Three days passed before he showed up at my door after three calls apologizing for not coming as he promised. I risked surrendering some AMSOIL product that I really wanted for my personal use. I flipped from being negative to a positive approach by offering him at no charge another AMSOIL product, "Performance Improver" a gasoline additive along with my business card.
I enjoyed our conversation and we parted with only what could be characterized as making a friend by being generous.

Chores: Folding laundry while watching hockey is an amazing strategy that changes the negative reactions into positive gratitude from the better half.
Paper: a product that we get from trees. Our forefathers used it to write letters and put them into an envelope with a square label called a stamp, took it to a place called a "post office". A thing called a newspaper was also made from this product called "paper".
Pen: this item is used to transform ideas originating in the brain by placing in the hand and using the whole hand to make a flowing series of signs forming words that represent those ideas that came from the brain. The pen evolved from a thing called a feather and quill. The "pen" has a tube of a fluid called ink and flows through the end by way of a small rolling ball when pressed to the paper.
Camera: another invention that has evolved over the years. The first camera that I've seen was made with a sheet of glass with chemicals that were exposed to light that recreated an image. The light in a studio originated from a small amount of gun powder.
Nuts & bolts: these are the basic fastening components of any type and size of a machine. They can be as small an eighth of an inch in diameter to several inches. Tools used to fasten them are varied, from micro sized socket or open end wrench to air powered wrenches.
Twitter: a social network web site where people post ideas called "tweets". In some cases these people were called "twits".
