In the Music Lab at my music school, the students are permitted to compose songs using music notation software. Sometimes their creativity makes me giggle. Today, I give you, "i lost my progress nooo (an ode to unsaved music)" by squid:



 
That's like when I was in high school and got my first piece published in the literary magazine there. It was titled Writer's Block and it was blank.

annipon - I rarely manage to complete all five. When I do, it's a special treat to sit very close to Bren (so we can both see this phone) and watch the "reward cartoon" as we call it.

tuozzo - It's the same for me. I belong to a complaint forum, and I'm a complainer. I could easily become a wealthy person as a professional complainer if time and access were less of an issue.

         I stick to middle ground when I review. If I consider something to be very poor writing, I won't review it. If I consider something to be superlative writing, I ask myself what qualifies a humble poet like me to review it. (I do occasionally write a gushing review (did so less than an hour ago), but it's rare.)

Anyone know if there's a way to temporarily pause a survey from accepting responses, or should I just make it private?

I'm NOT talking about the "30DBC Upvoting Form" , for any of you still planning to help me out by upvoting. If you tried earlier and found the table of blog posts broken, my apologies. It's working now.

I'm still not sure where they go to the bathroom.
That was a mystery in Trek until, like, the DS9 era. I could only assume that they used transporter technology.
cathartes02 - there's a running joke about how Khan knew who Chekov was in ST2 since Chekov joined the crew after the episode Space Seed. The joke is that they met in the queue for the bathroom.
It is the same character names, but the scenes and storyline seem totally unfamiliar.
