Speed Reading/reviewing- 1000 word story won't even take me five minutes to read, and you'll get a review within 10 minutes of me reading it. As it is, my reviews are usually around 300 Characters- minus my Review Sig. However, sometimes they'll reach the 1,000 Character mark. Depends on the Story/item. *Bigsmile*

Books - well, not through a Review Request page anyways, as I'd would have to review the book itself and not the Chapter, in order to get paid, but I will review them if you ask me in an email. Interesting little story. A young catgirl and her friends go to a dance, where they find the girl's elderly grandfather. The elder encourages her to go and have fun, that there'd be time to talk later. However, time seems to have ended for the grandfather, as tragedy occurs.

You could describe them better, for those who don't follow your stories.

Some commas could be used when describing the girl's friends.

This is a Review you Requested from me.

You have what looks to be the start of an interesting interactive. You have a young man, who has these great powers, being placed into one battle after another. He seems to have some friends/allies who help out during this quest. I hope to see more people add to it.

Characters
Sometimes less is more. More often than not, a brief description of a person can go a long way- For instance, if you have a wolf character, you can mention the color of their fur, and if they have a scar over their eye, but don't say who put the scar there until an appropriate point in the story.

Spelling and Grammar
There are areas that could use improvement. Having spaces for paragraphs can help, and break up big blocks of text.

Other Suggestions
I'd add this to the Genres Fantasy and Fanfiction, if this is based off of a game/TV series.

Work on these areas, and perhaps I'll give this item a re-review.

This is an interesting item. It's basically a retelling of the movie Psycho. People enter a strange inn, and disappear, including a woman with 40,000 in gold of the King's money. Eventually, an official, and the woman's lover, and her sister, decide to check the place out.

Well, this is an interesting little item to find in a Random Review. It seems to be about the messengers of the Future and Hope. Of course, I wonder if there's actually hope here in this poem, as it talks about people being blind, and that there seems to be bloodshed of some sort. One has to wonder.

Well, this is an interesting item to find with the Random Review thing. At first glance, it seems like a rant about ones' thoughts and feelings about some Japanese anime. However, on second glance, it looks more like some issues with other things, like family and religion. I have to wonder what's the point of this- I mean, sometimes there's topics that confuse me, and I'll admit that I go off on tangents at times, but by and large, I try to stay on topic.

I think that you need to make the subject clear; Is this piece about a show, your wife, or church?

Spelling and Grammar
You have plenty of lowercase "i"s that need to be capitalized.

Suggestions
You might want to make this 13+, as you have some mild swearing.

First up, I'd like to congratulate you on being the first person to enter my contest, "Invalid Item" . Enjoy your review, and may you have some competition in a future round.

A knight is watching over a bunch of sheep, clay ones enchanted with Jewish magic, and wishes that he had flesh and blood ones- but real animals have been hard to come by since a sickness killed many. He then hear about some golems that managed to escape from the salt mines, and the reward on them is enough to buy some real sheep.

However, as he tracks them down, he starts to uncover some unsettling truths, including the fact that he himself might be a golem as well.

Canned hunting is something that just angers me. I come from a long line of farmers, and hunters, who have to work for a living just to put food on the table. As it is, filling out deer tags and bagging a good sized deer to get a hundred pounds of venison tends to be cheaper than buying a hundred pounds of beef, and if you get a good sized buck, you've got a trophy to go with the hunt.

Now, I could understand if one was a farmer in Africa or Asia and the lion/tiger was threatening the livestock/village- one has a right to protect their family/livelihood- but to just get some old creature from the zoo and kill it, that's just like murder.

Well, this sure is interesting. This is from when you was an animal control officer back in 1986, and you had to respond to a call involving a gator blocking up traffic. By the sounds of things, you were sure crazy in how you apprehended the 20-foot gator with little more than a long stick and a length of rope. *Laugh* *Bigsmile*

Some of those first experiences can be the most entertaining. You're talking about your first successful deer hunt- sounds like it was a difficult one. This is an interesting contest. Write a letter to some serviceman/woman, who is still serving overseas, so that they know that someone cares about them. Sometimes those people need presents more than anyone else- they risk their lives for us, and may not come home.
