This is a very interesting poem. Did the writer write bad things about another person and that person found out? Did the writer witness a crime and write a book about it? This poem provokes a lot of questions from me! :o)
This really touches me because I wonder the same thing about myself. I live in a group home and I want to get out, but I don't have the right support system. Sometimes I feel like I will be just another life wasted and that scares me since I'm only seventeen. It seems like everytime I take one step forward, I take three back and two to the side.... But I really like your poem! :o)
I love this poem because I myself am a Capricorn!!! And you're right: we are very cautious, wise, responsible, determined, soul searching people! This poem is something I can relate to, so I'm so glad you wrote it! :o)
This is a great poem! I can tell by reading it that you really loved this man or woman, and I'm really sorry things ended however they did! Just remember that when one door closes, another opens up! God bless and keep writing! :o)
Hi! My name is Caprice Rogers, and I will be reviewing your story A Wife's Dream.
What I like: I like how I gasped at the end of the story!! I also like how the woman had a dream about something, and it was happening all along! I think that's amazing!
What I dislike: Nothing! God bless and Write On! :o)
Hi! My name is Caprice Rogers and I will be reviewing your poem Wherever It May Lead.
What I like: I love how you talk about coming from a rough time in life and wanting to keep pushing forward. I, too, have been through rough spots in life, and this poem inspires me to never give up no matter how hard life gets.
Hi! My name is Caprice Rogers and I will be reviewing your poem Living Your Dreams.
What I like: I love the flow and the words of wisdom! As a seventeen year old, I really felt like you were speaking directly to me! This poem inspires me to never give up on my dreams of becoming a writer!
Hi! My name is Caprice Rogers, and I will be reviewing your story, Chapter 1: Intro Meet The Author.
What I like: I love that you wrote this!! I, too, have Cerebral Palsy, as do my brother and my birth mother. We have all been blessed enough not to be in wheelchairs and live "normal" lives, but I sometimes feel guilty that you and other people with CP are in wheelchairs and I'm not. I also like your openness to wrote a book about having CP. I think that takes courage!
What I dislike: Nothing! I can't wait to read your book once it's finished!
Mistakes or errors: There are quite a few spelling mistakes that need to be fixed. I suggest you read over the chapter again and correct them.
Hi! My name is Caprice Rogers, and this is my review of Appearances.
What I like: I liked how the character was strong enough to confront her husband for cheating on her. Most women are in denial when they are informed of their spouses cheating. I was very touched by the character thinking that her husband's cheating had to do with her not being able to have children. I am also unable to have kids, and, in turn, have the fear that a man may not be able to accept this about me.
Hi! My name is Caprice Rogers, and I will be reviewing your poem Six Minutes.
My opinion: I think the poem is very sad because the character is dying and it brings me back to when my Great Auntie dies two years ago.
What I like: I like the flow and the way the character expresses how she feels about the pain.
What I dislike: I have no dislikes whatsoever.
Suggestions: I'd like to know what the character is experincing pain from. I think it's an illness, but I'm not so sure. I also want to know what the button is and what it does.
