Review of Silent Tune

I loved this, a nicely eerie tone to the story and told very well. I aspire to write as well as this.

I loved the way it unfolded, the pace was brilliant for a short and the ending superb. I don't know much about 1925 (was this prohibition era?) but the information in the story seemed accurate and believable when reading it.

I would love to know the significance of the violin music though.

Not really a review as I don't read a lot of poetry or write any.

However, this popped up as a random review and I am really glad it did.

I really enjoyed it, very well done, it made me smile (and want to learn some Welsh).

I liked this short story, the little twist at the end was very good. I didn't really warm to the characters until right at the end. I found the story didn't flow very well for me, I think this was because some of the sentences were very short and made the story seem a little stunted. Thats just my opinion though. I thought you dealt with a very emotional and soul destroying issue extremely well.
