Contest worthy in my opinion! My 2 daughters haven't talked since Christmas and watching the pain between them is alot to bear. The poem made feel your wise and understanding words. Pray for my 2 daughters to reconcile for I will be getting married in a few weeks and would love a happy wedding.
A very reassuring piece. We all need to hear this when a loved one of ours has passed away. very touching! If you put a few rhymes in the piece it will be even better.
This story is so short. it needs to be filled out more. At first I thought it was a poem it was so short. The words are good but in my opinion the pieces needs more lines to it.The piece is good but could be better.
This poem makes me feel the pain my daughter must be feeling. Herr sister and her have not talked since Christmas and I feel her pain daily. She made a mistake and now is paying for it forever to her and I can't do anything but watch and feel my heart tear a little more each day. I don't know if this is what the poem is all about but this is how it made me feel inside. The poem is great!
Yes everyone should find their purpose in life. Even when life feels dark and lonely our purpose is always with us and we need to look through our telescope of life and find our way out and become stronger because of it.More poems should be read about the purpose God has for our life. We may not know it but our porposeit is like our lifelong shadow. I loved it!

That was a cute story! You may want to change the word sayed to said in the 6th sentence.. The short thing opened the light I thought maybe you wanted to say the short thing turned on the light. In the sentence where you used the word blackness maybe the word darkness would work as well This is just my opinion, but overall the story is a cute one. Write on!
