Just when I thought all witches were old hags, I find out they might have pearly white teeth and poofy blonde hair. The rhyme and rhythm in this poem is good and is sure to cause a laugh.
Extremely tough and at times the quotes tickle the back of the mind, seeming familiar, but not quote sure where you've heard it. Well worth the effort.
Ah, one of the advantages of homeschooling! P.E. sure does seem to be popular. I remember dodge ball. I didn't like it that well, but kick ball was cool!
All of the poems in here are so sad and seem to follow the same theme, a child being kidnapped. How heart wrenching to read. My heart bleeds for anyone that has to go through a child being taken and for the child.
This is a wonderful halloween story, full of goblins, oh excuse me, hobgoblins , witches and a decision to be made. Perfect for this time of year. Keep up the great work!
An interesting follow up on the Jack and the Beanstalk story. Also a good message in there about not taking abuse and learning to trust again after going through abuse.
Beautiful words. This poem puts me in mind of a nice summer day, a light breeze and laying there on the grass, watching the clouds floating by. Nice piece of work and thought provoking. Can the meaning to ones life be found among the clouds and the rainbows?

Personally, I'm not fond of prose, perhaps because to me, there is no rhythm and I love the rhythm of a poem. But I love your words and the apt way they describe the experience.
Ah, the longs lost days of school..actually I had a miserable time, but I'm glad you enjoyed it. Your descriptions of all your firsts do bring back some memories...like when I scratched my dad's car. The agony!
