Hello, Chris,
I just finished reading your short story, "From Under the willow Tree." The story started out peacefully, with Fae relaxing and sucking on a peach pit. It became a big spooky to find out about all of the "haunts" that Fae was able to see. At first, I thought she'd stumbled upon an old graveyard. The ending was a surprise to find out that Bucky was the evil one and the others were trying to warn her to stay away.
Keep up the Good Work!

Hi, Bob county,
I just now finised your short story,"Acting." You had me fooled. I really thought she was on the "casting couch" and was trying out an opportunity to be a porn star. I laughed out loud at the end of your funny story. It probably can happen anywhere! I am glad Jaspher could help her out, in more ways than one.

Hello, Bob!

I just finished reading your cool story, "Is Tom Cruise a Fascist." You are right on the mark about Scientology. I think it is to control others and deny what is right, ie: The refusial of medical care. How many have died? I think the pharmacutical companies are more out to sell drugs to line their pockets. Some of us truly need medication. I am Bipolar with ADHD and take a lot of different meds. I've tried to gradually wean myself from the drugs, but suffered one bad mishap after another. I finally had to spend five days in a hospital.

I do wish these foolish people could think for themselves and use common sense. I read the first book and thought is was a way to control others. I prefer reading Lao Tzu's work, "The Tao Te Ching," and several of the new translations. My favorite is "The Tao of Inner Peace." Anyone who wants to improve themselves and help save the world should include the Tao in their different readings. If I don't read some of the Tao everyday, I think about the verses I know."

Good Job!

Lesley

ps When the Jesus Freaks knock on my door to read me their scriptures, I say, "I am a Sage of the Tao."They walk away, confused. Why didn't one of them even ask about the Tao?

Hello, Keaton,

I checked out your port, but only had time to read your Bio. You have a lot of interesting tales to tell. I am thankful you spend time, writing for WDC. You have been a great help and inspiration for all of us. I will try to find a copy of "The Saphire Moon 2008." It will be easy to find with Barnes and Noble who will order the book or find it on Amazon. Barnes and Noble is easier. I do admire how versitile your writing can be. One time, I was checking out "Random Reviews," and the first four were writen by you! Each piece had its own personality. I don't write poetry, but love reading your poems.

I have to go work on the garden now.

Keep Up the Good Work!
Your Friend, and Fan,
Lesley

Hello,
I just finished your story entry, ""There's Another Side; Accomplised." I really did think it was the kind of story that I enjoy reading. The story had a lot going on, and was unpredictable. So, "THE SEVENTH SON OF A SEVENTH SON" with an interest in the paranormal. It was a good read!

Hello, OOTster Bunny!

I love your handle. I just finished reading your story, "Home Coming." I remember those kinds of thoughts when I was younger. I had a lot of different boyfriends and loved each one of them. We are still on good terms. One of my favorites calls me from across the country in Idaho just to tell me he loves me, still. We met when he was a cop and I was an animal control officer.

I can recall aching for my husband, now, he is always with me and our sexlife is greater than before. I think that Sheila and Tony have something real special and share the same feeling for each other. I hope they get married, or live together forever.

Keep On Writing,
Lesley

Hello, again, Keaton,

I have always enjoyed your writing. I thought it was funny that your item number has 666 in it. Your poem, "Warning," is true, I think. I hope I understand your poem as you wrote. I found it similar to "The Tao Te Ching." The verses are profound.

Again, I did like your poem and will read it to my husband. He loves to write poetry.

Your Friend,
Lesley

Hello, Red Writing Hood,
I like your handle, it is cool.

I just finished reading your information on your newsletter about American Tanka. I thought it was a good analogy, comparing the poetry to pork chops, and spicy beef, grasshopper, the "Meaning of life." I found the style of Tanka interesting. I don't write poetry very well. My husband is really into poetry. I will let him read your item.

Keep on Writing!

Hello, Greg,
I just finished reading your fiction story, "The Legend of the What Cat." I enjoyed your theory of how the universe and how earth was formed. It was a fun idea of using animals to creat everything. Knaliq and Iblis were very creative.

Hello, Prowperous Snow,

I just finished your poem, "The First Day of Might." I thought you came up with a good title about a person, not something else. It is romantic that Might's first day was dawn. Strolling with his girl friend, I am guessing, was realistic. I can just imagine the feel of feet walking on a side walk and smell the freshness of dawn.

Hello, Tim,

I just finished reading your poem, The Smugger Burglar." It was fun to read and I liked the way it was written. It made me put myself in the lady with the gun, and it was scary. My husband will lock his beat up old car, but he never locks the house. So I worry about burlars and home invasion.

I liked the ending when the burglar was caught by the brave lady. Did you know that The Night Stalker and other serial murderers start out peeping and then burgle. It escalates and eventually the criminal becomes a violent killer. I found that tid bit interesting.

Keep on Writing,
Lesley

Hello, Murf,
I just now finished reading your story, "Mighty Joe Ugly," I found it entertaining and an easy story to read. I like your sense of humor. It is funny that God spoke to Joe and said he was a result of a "divine mistake." I liked the ending.

Hello, D Moarzjasac,
I just finished reading your piece. It reads like a romanic and erotic poem, yet has the format of a story. I think that is really cool. "An Angel's Kiss," is a great name, too. The story/poem made me remember my own encounters. I have never kissed an angel, unless you count a mule.

Hello, Sum 1,

I just finished reading your poem, "The Band." I liked it very much because it took me back to the times I used to go to concerts. My favorite was Eric Clapton with Pete Tonwnsend. There is something about music we humans need. We started by probably knocking two sticks together, who knows.
Keep up the good work!

Hello, again, Drifter!
I see you really have been a drifter. I really never had a picture of Viet Nam in my head before. All I remember was that awful war! Willow Lake sounds like such a perfect refuse. I live in the city and miss being on the farm. The stars are so visible, it looks like I can touch one.
Later, Cricket!

Hello, Harry,

I just finished reading your poem, "Pigeons are Deserving, Too." We have a lot of bird feeders and enjoy those little birds like chickadees and tufted Titmice. Timouse is singular. We have trouble with squirrels. So we put up squirrel feeders, offering corn cobs. That has helped some.

I love pigeons. They are so colorful and their feathers reflect the light iridescently. I really love the Mourning Doves that eat the left overs on the ground. I used to raise white doves and their cooing is so pleasant.

I enjoyed reading about your bird adventures.

Hello, Kings,
I just finished your poem, "My Heart." I don't know a whole lot about poetry, so if you have made any grammatical mistakes or anything like that, I wouldn't notice. I thought your poem showed how much you are in love. Apparently, your heart had been broken before and you made a promise to your love and asked her to,"Say you'll stand by me all the way." I hope so.
Keep on writing!

Hello, Winnie,
I just finished reading your story, "Youth. Is it Wasted on the young?" I got into the story right away. The conversation and discriptions were very clear and so easy to understand and made me want to read more. I thought it was funny when Norman called Amanda "Nurse Ratchet." That movie, "One Flew over the Coo-coo's Nest, " is one of my favorites.

I could see that Norman was very proud of his grandson, the Doctor. But Norman acted like a cantancerous old man. I liked the way it ended, "Dammit, boy! Don't your scratvh that new flatscreen!"

Lesley

Dear Dr. Gupta MD,

I just finished reading your article on "Medical Malpractice in the USA and India." I had never thought of the subject before. I am sort of familiar with the malpractace and "Ambulance Chasers," here in the US. I can remember when those people were considered the scum of the earth. I think that is still true.

I was really surprised at the difference there is in India. In the USA there is a very large percentage of malpractice suits, it is almost a way of life. In contrast, India doesn't have malpractise suits often. Thanks for all of the information.

Hello, Pat,
I just finished reading your poem, "A Real Mother at Last." I have heard of Attachment Disorder and the many experiences believed to cause such a growing disorder. The poor little baby was ignored during the attachment period and therefore was cold and, "His heart was still cold and he was full of fright." My sister adopted two Chinese girls and the older one was already over a year old and had been starved and ignored in a large orphanage. The doctor said she had a failure to thrive and would never be normal. Today, she and her younger sister make straight As in school, dance, play sports, paint and play musical instruments. We thank God every day that these two little girls were given a chance to feel real love and the way they have grown and thrived. It could easily have gone the other way.
I did like your poem and information.

Hello, Elise,
I just finished your short poem and it made me feel like you were rambling, but your descriptions were good. I don't write poetry at all, but there are plenty of people like yourself that have the talent to write poetry. I also liked it because it was not as long as most of the poetry I've been reading.

Hello, Phantom,
I just finished reading your chapters on "Legend of Zelda:Compass of Secrets." I found it interesting and your dialoge believeable. I could almost picture Link and Laurel and their interactions. I would, myself, split up some of your paragraphs. It is hard to read and facts get fuzzy.
