This is really cool. I like it a lot and I can't put my finger on a specific reason why. I like "While layers unfold, revealing splendor." It's really relaxing for me.

I love how you said, "NC was so mad his door paid for it." I like how you didn't have to say he slammed his door, you just described it.

I like this because Edgar kind of reminds me of my dog! But at the end I'm glad to know that he can find a way to follow his dreams.
