I came by your port today and decided to give you a review as well. After all, Anniversary Reviews Forum and Space Blog was designed to get you reviews.

My impression of this item was: This is a poll. The author of the poll is considering the possibility of writing a science fiction novel but needs help narrowing the subject. In these cases the author typically has to go with whatever they are most familiar with. The author in this case is doing preliminary research, which is great.

Your spelling and grammar: looked good to me.

What I liked most: I liked that you are doing research. One of the best marketing tools is research. You find an itch and scratch it.

What I liked least: I wanted more detail. You did well in describing the need but did not elaborate about possible choices.

My impression of this item was: This is a poem dedicated to an autistic child. The mother loves the child very much in spite of the autism. It is the autism that makes the child so special. These children need our love. I often wonder if they are angels sent to test us and teach us to serve.

Your spelling and grammar: looked great to me.

What I liked most: I liked the love in this one. You exposed your heart.

What I liked least: Nothing.

I came by your port today and decided to give you a review as well. After all, Anniversary Reviews Forum and Space Blog was designed to get you reviews.

My impression of this item was: This is a poem about that old nemesis of writers: writer's block. I have gone through it often and find that relaxing and following my gut will often get the juices flowing. At other times I can go for weeks without writing a thing. You describe it well as we sit and stare at the screen. This technique only increases the pressure though so it is self-defeating.

Your spelling and grammar: looked okay to me.

What I liked most: I like the way you detailed this.

What I liked least: Nothing.

I came by your port today and decided to give you a review as well. After all, Anniversary Reviews Forum and Space Blog was designed to get you reviews.

My impression of this item was: This is a poem about a man falsely accused who ultimately meets the justice dealt to all of us. The faithful old guard has known the men in his block long enough to call most of them friends. I do not know that this would go over well but I am sure it happens. In the end we all meet justice.

Your spelling and grammar: looked good to me.

What I liked most: I liked the sense of familiarity.

What I liked least: Nothing

I came by your port today and decided to give you a review as well. After all, Anniversary Reviews Forum and Space Blog was designed to get you reviews.

My impression of this item was: This is a free verse poem that describes the uniqueness of the author...and dare I say all others? Somebody asked me once what I would change in my past. My response was: nothing. If I changed one moment of my past, it would alter who I am today.

This poem expresses the uniqueness of being oneself. The poem flows well. It is the flow that counts in free verse and this poem nailed it.

Your spelling and grammar: looked good to me.

What I liked most: I liked the way you described the uniqueness of being ourselves. I found it encouraging.

What I liked least: Nothing.

I came by your port today and decided to give you a review as well. After all, Anniversary Reviews Forum and Space Blog was designed to get you reviews.

My impression of this item was: This one brought tears to my eyes. I love to see relationships mended and yes, I love happy endings. The love in this story is tangible as one child matures and forgives another child. It reminds me of my relationship with a cousin whom I resented to the point of hatred. I made amends with my cousin. He is an upstanding old man now, as we both are 60 and I have deep respect for him. Your story shows the forgiveness and love Jesus would have shown. Good job!

Your spelling and grammar: looked good to me.

What I liked most: I liked that Ken forgave his cousin then she in turn helped him.

What I liked least: Nothing.

I came by your port today and decided to give you a review as well. After all, Anniversary Reviews Forum and Space Blog was designed to get you reviews.

My impression of this item was: This is a poem about past relationships. It describes how people tend to hang out and keep trying to ride a dead horse. Let it go already! I am sometimes guilty of this myself. I think of the past. However I must stay firmly grounded in the here and now.

Your spelling and grammar: looked good to me.

What I liked most: I liked the logic in this one.

What I liked least: Nothing.

I came by your port today and decided to give you a review as well. After all, Anniversary Reviews Forum and Space Blog was designed to get you reviews.

My impression of this item was: This is a prose piece about those reflective inner moments we all have. While I would not classify this as a poem per se, it has a lot of beautiful metaphor in it and good imagery.

Your spelling and grammar: looked okay to me.

What I liked most: I liked the way you described thoughts as "hazy yet clear."

What I liked least: The format. I would have spread it out a little more. The reader senses that the author rushed.

I came by your port today and decided to give you a review as well. After all, Anniversary Reviews Forum and Space Blog was designed to get you reviews.

My impression of this item was: This is a poem about homelessness, a plague that haunts many humans. I once did an insider investigation of homelessness in a large city. I became homeless myself to get an insider's look and it was shocking. I saw people around burn barrels and there was no need. Some went on to huge success.

Your spelling and grammar: looked great to me.

What I liked most: I liked the shedding of light on this disparity.

What I liked least: Knowing this was probably a true account.

I came by your port today and decided to give you a review as well. After all, Anniversary Reviews Forum and Space Blog was designed to get you reviews.

My impression of this item was: I don't know that I have ever felt all of that. Hatred is not the opposite of love though. The opposite of love is indifference or that "I could not care less" attitude. I felt that "care less" attitude once and it surprised and saddened me. It is the end of a relationship. The feeling you are describing sounds more like anger than indifference. Maybe there is hope for the relationship if you are willing to forgive?

Your spelling and grammar: looked good to me.

What I liked most: I liked that you expressed this. Anger expressed is anger lessened.

What I liked least: Maybe the confusion?

I came by your port today and decided to give you a review as well. After all, Anniversary Reviews Forum and Space Blog was designed to get you reviews.

My impression of this item was: This is a poem about those "end of life" moments we all have. When I was young I could never imagine growing old and dying. Now I am 60 years old and death looms someplace on the distant horizon. I know I will eventually get there but I am in no hurry. I know where I am going and even if I am wrong, it can't be all bad.

Your spelling and grammar: looked good to me.

What I liked most: I liked this look at what we all dread. I think it is a gutsy write.

What I liked least: Nothing.

I came by your port today and decided to give you a review as well. After all, Anniversary Reviews Forum and Space Blog was designed to get you reviews.

My impression of this item was: This was a poem about national symbols. In the USA we would immediately think of the Stars and Stripes or possibly the Bald Eagle. I love to learn and this poem has taught me some new things. I did not know the thistle was the Scotish emblem for example. Believe me, we have thistles here. While they are indeed pretty, don't get near them!

Your spelling and grammar: The only issue I saw was line eight. If you meant "one very good" it makes sense. Otherwise lose the first word. L or I doesn't work there.

What I liked most: I liked the information.

What I liked least: Nothing.

My impression of this item was: This is a redation poem, a form I know nothing about. I know what I like though and I like this poem. It expresses what people on both sides of the political fence are saying in the USA. My brother even calls for war but I hope it never goes that far. Why can't we all just get along?

Your spelling and grammar: looked good to me.

What I liked most: I liked the walk through the Declaration of Independence.

What I liked least: Nothing.

My impression of this item was: This is a quaint little ditty poem about a young fawn. The poet makes one mistake. Most deer have black eyes. This poem paints a picture of a deer laying safely out of harm's way. By now it should be a young adult.

Your spelling and grammar: looked good to me.

What I liked least: Nothing.

I came by your port today and decided to give you a review as well. After all, Anniversary Reviews Forum and Space Blog was designed to get you reviews.

My impression of this item was: This is a poem about "la playa" (the beach). It expresses the poet's joy in watching the tides and the seagulls. I have never been to the ocean in my 60 years of life. I probably never will be. I have been to Lake Erie and that was awesome. I just never had the opportunity to "voy a la playa."

I came by your port today and decided to give you a review as well. After all, Anniversary Reviews Forum and Space Blog was designed to get you reviews.

My impression of this item was: This is a poem about nature and the cycles of life. The poet talks about how a feather starts out floating to the ground. In time the feather becomes part of the ground as will our very bodies. We came from dirt and back to dirt we shall return. Only a Master Creator could take feces and turn it into food, yet rot and decay eventually become food again just to be recycled.

Your spelling and grammar: looked good to me.

What I liked most: I liked the logic and reality in this.

What I liked least: Nothing

I came by your port today and decided to give you a review as well. After all, Anniversary Reviews Forum and Space Blog was designed to get you reviews.

My impression of this item was: This is a poem about heart break. It is not the heart break of a romantic break up. It is the heart break of death. I know this heart break well having lost my wife back in 2014. I too had a sense of loss of purpose and identity. I was thinking of starting a forum and group for those who have lost a loved one. Would you be interested?

Your spelling and grammar: looked good to me.

What I liked most: I identified empathically with this poem. I felt the poet's grief and sense of loss of identity.

What I liked least: Nothing. Kudos to you. I hope writing this helped.

I came by your port today and decided to give you a review as well. After all, Anniversary Reviews Forum and Space Blog was designed to get you reviews.

My impression of this item was: This poem is about heartbreak and loneliness. It speaks of death being a separation and that is exactly what it is. When relationships die there is a void that can never be filled. I remember my first love. She ripped my heart out and I never really got beyond that but we adjust and life goes on just as will the author of this poem.

My impression of this item was: This poem is a spiritual look at life. It encourages the reader to make the most of life because they get only one stab at it. I could not agree with the words of this poem more. Life is what we make it. As a Christian I believe the choices we make now have eternal consequences.

My impression of this item was: This is a beautiful free verse written to a loved one. The author tells the loved one to hold the author's hand and to let the author have the loved object's pain. If only it were that easy. Pain is usually something we have to deal with ourselves.

My impression of this item was: This is a poem dedicated to the author's love. The poet describes why they love another person. The poet expresses that every day their loved one changes slightly, which is why the author loves them. This sounds like a relationship that will last because the author accepts change, even welcomes it.

Your spelling and grammar: looked good to me.

What I liked most: I liked that you identified change. Change is a part of life. Science says that every cell in the human body is changed within a two year period. Every experience changes us. So we literally are different every day.

I came by your port today and decided to give you a review as well. After all, Anniversary Reviews Forum and Space Blog was designed to get you reviews.

My impression of this item was: This is a poem about spring. Spring is my favorite season and it is six weeks away today! Yippee!

I am not a good judge of Japanese poetry forms, which is why I never judged the now closed contest I had for it. However I am sure haiku requires a 5-7-5 format. One sentence uses a plural. I believe the "s" adds a syllable. Anyway This poem technically is a 5-8-4 format but is still 17 syllables so who cares?

Your spelling and grammar: looked good to me.

What I liked most: As I said, I love spring.

What I liked least: See critique.

My impression of this item was: This poem is surprisingly fresh and poignant. I am currently teaching a class about active listening and this poem points to exactly the message i will be conveying tomorrow. The poem says that there is a lot more to communication than mere words. It expresses how an angry mob would not listen to words and how love is an action and not a statement. Good job!

Your spelling and grammar: looked great to me.

What I liked most: I liked the way you said so much using so few words. That is the earmark of quality writing.

What I liked least: Nothing, thus the stars.

My impression of this item was: This is a beautiful expression of love for a wife who has passed. I can't say I understand how you feel for I am not in your shoes. I can empathize having lost both my ex-wife and my late wife, although it was not dementia. I lost my grandfather and father to dementia and I would imagine I will face its ugly head as well. You're correct. It is no way to go. Nor is cancer, MS, ALS, Parkinson's, or other of a million diseases. I am so sorry you had to go through this.

What I liked most: The love in this one.
