My impression of this item was: This is a poem about unrequited love. I think we have all been there at least once. The heartbreak is horrendous. There seems to be no out. I do know that in time the pain lessens though it never goes away.

Your spelling and grammar: except for "mines" which should be "mine" I saw no issues.

What I liked most: I liked that you were able to vent this. Letting go of anger is important.

My impression of this item was: This is a metaphorical poem about love. It tells the story of somebody who cannot find true love. The rain is love and the storm is the downpour of emotions the poet attaches to love. Does the poet ever find true love?

My impression of this item was: I like this poem. It brings glory to God while telling of the serpent's victory in Eden. Eden however, was just a battle and a declaration of war. It was Satan's Pearl Harbor. Yes. He won that battle, but it cost him the war. In the end he was defeated by the second Adam.

My impression of this item was: I don't know that I would be comfortable with being controlled and tormented the way this poem expresses, but then when it comes to love are we not all controlled and tormented? Love seems to be a human curse because we are attracted to a mate and then find them to be...perfectly imperfect.

My impression of this item was: This is a beautiful tribute to Memorial Day. Many do not realize that Memorial Day is a day of remembrance for fallen soldiers. It has become a day for decorating all graves and remembering all deceased. Thank you for this poem. Many good people have paid the ultimate price.

My impression of this item was: This patriotic poem is well spoken. As Chaplain of the WV Veterans Home I see the results of war all the time and yes, Iraq and Afghanistan were wars. I see the pain in the eyes of the people here all the time. I hear the weariness in the voices. it is easy for the arm-chair generals to criticize but ask them to put their butts on the front and they will balk.

My impression of this item was: This is a poem about the most special ladies in all our lives...our mothers. Nobody was ever wounded in combat who did not think or cry out to their mother. It's an instinctive thing to want our moms when we are hurt or sick. Moms are always there because...they are our mothers.

My impression of this item was: This was a cute poem in which a child was short his kisses and I'm sure the dog was quite sick. Hershey's chocolate usually hurts dogs. I'm sure your son would not have wanted that either. There's no winning with children yet they make us all winners!
