It's a good read. It needs to be longer, but that will come with time. I like the superpower idea and how you can add any powers you want. I think that the "alien" thing is too cliched, though. It just screams "Superman." I enjoyed Adrian too. Is the flu really that bad? Well I guess that was several years ago before doctors could cure almost anything. :)
