FIRST IMPRESSION: This is a story about a cat and the supernatural.
THOUGHTS: Wow! Your eerie story made me shiver! I didn't even realize how captivated I was in reading it, until I had goosebumps!
ERRORS: I didn't see any errors. This is well written. It's no wonder this story already had 14 reviewers.
FAVORITE PART: I felt that your mesmerizing story was written like a master story-teller from beginning to end. This would be a great story at Halloween time.
I liked how you casually added details, which added to the eeriness of it. For example, the cat was found on Friday the 13th. Right away from the beginning, you set the mood for the rest of the story. It causes your readers to wonder what happens next.
It was a touching moment to read about the condition Meeka was in when Lenore found her. Your readers can understand that Lenore has a good heart to take the cat in and take care of her so well.
LOL I liked the humor when Rudolph wished the cat came with a mute button! Words like, 'yowling', make your readers imagine the cats voice.
I also laughed to myself when I read how it's told that some cats can train their humans! I can relate to that, as my Labrador certainly has me trained. She'll stand in a certain spot in the kitchen, and then I know to go to the dog biscuit jar...
Lenore thought Meeka had ties to the world of the supernatural. Gosh! What an ending! Rudolph became a believer at the end, didn't he! Great job in putting this story together.
