I really liked this; the use of brackets to show returning information is clever and keeps the internal dialogue running smoothly without being to obviously a device. The sense of place is good however time is a little harder to place. The overall effect is beautifully rendered with a sure hand.
I liked the feel of this, it moved along well and set a great atmosphere. The charecter is comic book large, and I mean that as a compliment, this kind of work needs to be written in bold letters across a large canvass. I have hope that the philosophical idea of imortality being a negative is treated with a brave pen.
