Review of Lonely Thoughts
Review by bob county
Rated: E | (5.0)

This is a an amusing psalm you've sketched.
Don't beat yourself up. You really do have talent.
Your lucky numbers are 15-78-6-45-2-9.
I know you can write something special.
Take a moment and write down a dream you had.
Don't try and be logical.
Do you dream in color?
What would a cherry jello bath feel like?
Have you been fantasizing about anyone?
Don't be timid write everything down.

Have fun!

Review of A SCARY IMAGE

This is so true and well written.
When stuff happens it happens fast.
The pharmaceutical companies are the biggest drug pushers
in the world.

Have you ever listened to their commercials?
Don't Happy Pills, while drinking alcohol . .
It may cause suicidal thoughts.
And women with high blood pressure should never
take Happy Pills. It may make you a nymphomaniac.

I enjoyed your free verse.

This style sounded familiar;

"My clumsiest dear, whose hands shipwreck vases,
At whose quick touch all glasses chip and ring,
Whose palms are bulls in china, burs in linen,
And have no cunning with any oft thing

Except all ill-at-ease fidgeting people:
The refugee uncertain at the door
You make at home; deftly you steady
The drunk clambering on his undulant floor.

Unpredictable dear, the taxi drivers' terror,
Shrinking from far headlights pale as a dime.
Yet leaping before red apoplectic streetcars-
Misfit in any space. And never on time-

A wrench in clocks and the solar system. Only
With words and people and love you move at ease.
In traffic of wit expertly manoeuvre
And keep us, all devotion, at your knees.

Forgetting your coffee spreading on out flannel,
Your lipstick ginning on our coat,
So gayly in love's unbreakable heaven
Our souls on glory of split bourbon float.

Be with me, darling, early and late. Smash glasses-
I will study wry music for your sake.
For should your hands drop white and empty
All the toys of the world would break."

John Frederick Nims (1914)
Manchester, England.

It's a small world and so many lives have travel the same path.

Did you know there is no J in the Hebrew alphabet?
Yes, God did not spare His only son.
But, is this justice?
Should we all not be held accountable for our own sins?
How does the death of Jesus change that?

Imagine an innocent man being executed for a guilty man's crime.
That would be a miscarriage of justice.
And Jesus did not end sinning.

A very thought provoking poem!

Thank you

Typos: "He had given into that live, for it called him love."
"Live" should be lie.
"If someone tells you're o blame-" You dropped the t in to.
"She couldn't go back though she couldn't kill herself again."
Drop "though." It is unnecessary ...

The subject: Young love lost. Is not clear. I wasn't certain, if the narrator
was older, than her younger lover or they were both naive.
There is vague reference to a drug addiction. The impression
given is a capricious narrator, who no longer desires the "boy."

Just my two cents.

I had a similar conversation with a mother of
Down's syndrome child. He needed full term care
and she sent him to a facility.
She felt she had abandoned her son.
It's not something you see discussed much.

I'm glad you wrote this.

Is this that movie SPEED? Diffusing bombs is always suspenseful.
I like the twist in the end. I remember a PBS series on WWII England
and their unexploded bomb squad: "It's out on the beach." a Bobbi says.
"So, let's blow it up. Are you worried about the scenic view?" the bomb
expert responds.

Fun read

Review of TEMPTATION

Bushido is a Japanese ritual suicide.
It is still practice in Japan. In other parts of the world
there is euthanasia. Both are honorable choices.+
I guess my big let down with your poem is it indecisiveness.
It looses some force, "On a second thought."

"Do what thou wilt!
I cry from my corrupted soul!"
Aleister Crowly..

Don't be afraid to write what you feel.

I feel your pain. I think we've all met someone we tried to help,
but they were beyond help. I knew a girl, who liked to cut herself.
I told her that could cause permenant damage .. She wouldn't
listen. She was committed to a mental hospital and that was
the last I heard of her.

Just remember a poem is not about structure . It is how you feel.

Good job!

Antithesis? I think this poem is a little too wordy.
But, the rest is a rum sweet.

"Many a true heart that would have come back like a dove
to the ark after its first transgression,
has been driven beyond recall by the harsh words of an
unforgiving spirit." Bacon.

Review of Global Warming.

I like geothermal energy. Just tap into the natural steam of volcanoes.
Yellow Stone park is a giant steam turbine.
Then, there is the subtle energy in our homes. The moving water in our
plumbing can be tapped to generate electricity, radiant heat comes from
the ground and be captured.
Wind and solar are always available.
Why not bring back mass transit electric trollies?
It's so disgusting to see the exhaust from a diesel bus.
And the sky is full of electromagnetic power.
A iron cable run from the stratosphere to a turbine would bring
in mega-volts!

The oil isn't going to last forever.

Just saying!

Good God do you read Zen?

"Knowing nothing shuts the iron gates.
The sound of the gates opening wakes the beautiful woman inside.
Love opens her. Do not let this chance go bye!"

Kabir, (1398-1518 BC) an ecstatic Sufism poet she began writing at 15
and lived until 118 in a Hindu monastery in Calcutta.

"Silently my lover touches me and strikes the cord within me." Kabir.

Very well written Zen, Scooter.

Very intriguing. But, for one exception: if this is a secret, then how did do you
know it? In every group there is a pecking order some inner circle at the Bingo
There is a reason why they are on top, they will do anything to stay there.

Check out Youtube: Globalist attack Jesse Ventura.

I honestly believe Jesse's is in danger. He ticked off some very powerful

I think I will purchase your book; The Atlantean Conspiracy.

I'm drawn into this drama. There is movement to "the thing most wanted"
as Hichtcock explained. You may notice that no what the central character
does you identify with him/her. In this case we want the narrator to succeed.

Oddly, I was reminded of Nixon's down fall; Watergate.
In 1972 President Richard Nixon sent CIA agents to break into
the Watergate offices of the Democratic Party.
The burglary was discovered and Nixon and his staff tried to
cover it up.
The House of Representatives forced the President to resign.
Imagine, a President of the United States ordering the CIA to commit
criminal acts and then trying to cover it up.

Secrets are hard to keep.

Okay. This is an reenactment of the Nativity.
I was hoping t read about vampires.
Why is it supernatural events in the Bible are accepted
as fact by Bible believers, but vampires are not?
If God can impregnate his mother, then what isn't possible?

But, God the father is not finite flesh...
But, God the Son is?
This sounds like a contradiction in logic.
But, that's what miracles are. Right?

Any who check out my Creche/image!

I like X-mass decorations and music.
It's fun pretend time for grown ups.

You know I was dreaming the same story?
Maybe, it's a message from God?
We should all reread our Co-Co-Cola can closely.
According Roman Catholic Doctrine Heaven is not corporeal.
So, whatever you see there is just an illusion.
There is nothing solid in Heaven.
God is a dream.

It sad, but most people don't know how to break up a bad relationship.
Your story is a familiar one.
I hope you have more self confidence and find someone, who will
support you.
Don't give up. Life has a way of balancing out.

Have you seen, Whispers in the Dark(Paramount 1992)?
It gives a great insight into self destructive behavior.
You are not alone.

Just I bit of grammar issues here: "Jill and her boy friend was" should
be were. The adverb has two subjects: Jill and her boy friend.
"She went in the surgery room and got her ready" should be she
got ready for surgery. The second pronoun suggests a second person.
"She and her husband then walked to their car." The use of transitional
prefix "then" requires comma with "then, walked to their car."

More importantly, what do you mean by "No guy stuff"?
The purpose of implants in this tale is to please her husband.
That's guy stuff. Some men have silicone injected into their penis
to please their wives. That's gal stuff in the bajunkajunk.

Tighten up the sentences and let the guys in. You'll have more fun.

I was expecting a Logan's Run story, but this is fun.
On a serious note I have given considerable thought
to animal rights. Why do we presume that livestock
does not have the same rights as we do?
If intelligence is what decides, who will be food for
dinner, then there are a lot of stupid people on the menu.

I think I'll have Charley the tuna tonight.

Review of Geometry
Review by bob county

Excellent simile . The awful truth is no one is ever happy all the time.
Sometimes a walk can clear ones thoughts. A secluded glen where
the birds sing and the willow sway as you shed your clothes.
A little sun bathing can go along way....
Remember, your parents are just as self centered as you, but they
feel obligated to feed you. It's a parental duty to love their children
even if they're full of self loathing.

I love the use of geometry to objectify the distancing you feel from
Mom and Dad. Sometimes, Dad doesn't like to have his daughter
sitting on his lap or getting dressed up. And Mom feels her daughter
is getting too attractive around Dad. This is completely normal.
Don't panic just go forth and find a fellah to tick off your frustrated parents.
And have safe sex!

Sex education is always a chuckle. How can you be scientific about
horniness? It's important to teach about contraceptives and sexual
transmitted diseases. However, how to find the G-spot is never stressed;
for my sisters it was cucumbers and anything that vibrated. I had an
orbital sander that had a double use without the sandpaper.
Girls just love to vibrate. I guess that's why mom spent so much time
with the washing machine. :)

One sentence structure error found, "We were be sitting" should be
we were sitting.

Other than that typo, this is a great puberty yarn.

I just started thinking about a musical when I read this.
Its a Christmas story about a shepherd boy, who tries to
catch a dove, but falls off a cliff: "The Littlest Angle."
My advise is not to try to win your girl friend's favor by asking
her to die with you. Other than that this is a good simile of
Hero and Leander .

Hero swam the across the Mediterranean Sea to be reunited
with his beloved bride. Unfortunately, he drowned in a storm.
Leander was so heartbroken she threw herself of a cliff into the sea.
to join her Hero in Poseidon's kingdom. Shakespeare modeled his play
Romeo and Juliet after this Greek myth.

Thought provoking... :)

Very well done. The brain is an electrical system and it broadcasts its
brain waves. It is possible to receive these broadcasts.
That's what remote viewing is dedicated to.
If you have a chance get a copy of Suspect Zero.
I'm sure were all in for more security checks in this brave new world.

Review of Wonder Woman
Review by bob county
Rated: 18+ | (5.0)

I think you hit the nail on the head. Wonder Woman is not human.
She was made from the clay of Paradise Island. She was not born
of a woman, but rather Aphrodite's magic. But, she can be shot.
She can deflect bullets with her wrist bands. I have the original
series and inevitably she is disarmed with gas and then chained.
One must suspend disbelief that NAZI soldiers would not shoot her
while she was unconscious. It's a fun story.

Thanks for the trivia!
