First impressions*BigSmile*: First of all, this is the second story of magic that I have read today. Either WDC really likes magic, or I'm starting to really enjoy it!


What I liked *Delight* : anyway, onto your story. I want to say, I'm a little jealous of her for living near the ocean. That's my dream home there! Anyway, I loved the fact that you turned her into a....what, a whale? Whales have fins, I think? Anyway, two thumbs up for writing a terriffic story.


Suggestions: This might be just me, but the ending didn't seem complete to me. It seemed like it was cut off a little bit. Is there a reason for that?


Final Thoughts*Smile* : Anyway, a really great story. Again, don't take anything I say too personally, this is just my opinion. Have a great day!

First impressions*BigSmile*: I love poems that talk about moving on from your past, so I must say the title and the little describtion drew me in right away! Great job with that!


What I liked *Delight* : the poem itself was AMAZING to read. The emotion in the poem is so real, and I could feel your sorrow and your strength at wanting to move on. I love when poems show emotion, because that means what is happening in the poem is really happening to the author!


Suggestions: nothing about grammer or spelling, those are all fine. But for me personally, I'd like your poem to be written in stanzas and not just one long poem like that. But it;s your poem and you write it how you want.

First impressions*BigSmile*: first of all, a magic paintbrush that always came back to me? oh my goodness, i would love to have one of those in my house. I'm not a painter, but it would still be amazing!


What I liked *Delight* : I liked that it was different from any of the other stories I've read on here! this is the first magic story i read, so i really enjoyed it! Great job keeping me interesting in this very short work! I'd give you two thumbs up for that!


Suggestions: I noticed you had a spelling error in one of your sentences.

"Jack explained away all of the other things"

I think, dear, you meant

"Jack put away all of the other things"? Just a suggestion, I make spelling errors too. We're all human, after all. *Laugh*

ok, this is funny and cute at the same time. As a Catholic Christian, even i have to admit this is funny as i've seen many many paintings of Jesus. so thanks for making me laugh.

awwwwwww no im actually crying! i hate poems like this because of the subject, but i love them because now i understand how people feel! it hurts my heart that someone has to go through this, but it happens and as much as i want to, i can't do anything about it. But, back to the poem, i could really see the speakers pain here. They don't have an escape so they cut. :(

if this is about an abusive relationship, good on you for making the person leave! it was short, sweet, and it made the speaker seem strong! i always love reading poems (and stories) about people becoming strong. That makes me smile so good on you for writing this!

oh my gosh, how many children who were abused would love to do this to their abusive parents??!?! it's fiction but it's oh so real that children go through this everyday. Great job on making me root for that little girl and waiting her to hurt the man who hurt her. I *Heart* this! you get 5 stars!!

oh wow, this is really good. i can totally imagine myself being like this when i'm older, even at 18 i'm like this a little bit! bu the words like "steller" and "regulated" brings a nice rythem to the poem. My favorite lines were these:

"It’s a function of aging

i *Heart* this poem for several reasons. First, the fact that you mentioned children playing in puddles. It brings me back to the days when i myself did the same. To be a child again! and second, your words were very descriptive. You should write more poems! i love this!!

i really like this one because it's repeatative. normally people don't like that but i don't mind. It's a really cool how you described the beat of the drums and how they sounded and how they made you feel. really nice job with the discriptions. i think this is the best poem i've read to date

wow this was really really good! I liked how you used emotion and descrition in the story. I felt myself crying when the man died. :(
" With his back turned toward the mirrored wall and aware of the men watching him, Billy sits cross legged with his eyes closed, motionless. He can feel the coldness of the room seep into him as he begins to drift further within himself blocking out every familiar sense of this era and its modern walls that keep the very stream of consciousness out that the white coats seek. Pushing with his spirit through a thick veil of a deep meditation and a multitude of auras he begins his search for the light. A path that leads through the darkness of this time to another. A room begins to form with ethereal walls and a static shimmer washes over the scene like that of an old news broadcast during a stormy night. Listen. "
this was my fave part because of how descriptive it was. Nice job!
