I guess this technically counts as a snippet. You don't need the quote marks on she, you can put them before I. Maybe an exclamation point on that last sentence. I think it would be interesting to see how this would progress. Maybe that's something you might look into.

First I'd like to thank you for sharing something personal and that may be hard to talk about sometimes. You share an experience about something that others can relate to and may feel more comfortable sharing their own experiences as well. I do like the occasional rhymes in this as well.

I think is a very heartfelt address to a soldier fighting a war. It makes me think of ''The things they carried'', about the things physical/mental a soldier carried with them during and even after war. How it inevitably changes a person. I've had family who are retired and who is still enlisted. I think it's important to remind ourselves why we have the rights we do and to honor those who have and still fight for those rights.

I like the little pic that comes with the poem. It seems very calming. The idea of being tainted and then becoming new from the water, I think is quite fitting. Water keeps us hydrated, it makes up a good portion of our bodies, so it's of import to us. I like how this is set up.

This sounds like poetry, I feel like maybe you might expand it. When you wake up. I get some of my best ideas in the evening. Sometimes early morning or even in the afternoon. You have to run with inspiration when it hits you. I think writing's different for everyone since we all have different experiences.

I really liked the title first off. It sounds like it could be a thriller book/movie, ect. I think the words fit in well with what the word search is based on. I had to make the odd word search in school which sometimes turned out-interesting. Keep up the good work.

The title reminds me of a Pink song ''Hazard to myself'' I believe. I think you really touched on what PTSD is. Also how war can cause mental harm besides just the physical. It's a terrible thing that a number of vets that come back from a warzone may experience.

I like this a lot, in part because Toothless plays a part in it. He's just something else. I like the interaction between the child and Toothless. Some reason it reminds me of Peter Pan. The first one had it where they went off to Never Land where kids didn't grow up. They end up going home of course and Wendy doesn't mind growing up anymore. The 2nd one Wendy's a mom and her daughter Jane goes off to Never Land. It reminded me of both films in a way.

Poetry gives you more room to go outside the norm I will say. I like how neat and organized this poem is. The pictures brought to life here are vivid. There's a deeper meaning tot he poem besides what is being said. I just like writing that makes me think.

I really liked this from the beginning. Some of the rhymes come up short but I also know it's trying to rhyme and how hard that can be. I forget exactly what this would be called. Something those medieval minstrels would sing at a feast maybe. Or one of those cautionary tales with a point. I really liked the fairy tale element here; as well as the lesson that comes with it.

It's different I grant. The poem is something I don't see all the time, it's good to see some variety. Rhymes, I do have a thing for rhyming poems. I once checked out a book on haikus that I really loved reading. The last part of stanza 8 gets my attention.

This looks like something I'd like to partake in. Maybe I can join for a different month. It definitely sounds interesting, so maybe I should join another time it's being held. It seems to be quite popular at the moment. Congratulations. I hope you do well this month and we may see each other again sometime in the future. I think music is a great bonding tool.

I like visual things in general, especially when it comes to art. They come in a vast variety. I admire those that can actually make them. I am content to appreciate the results. I think the light background helps to leave the center as the main attraction. Congratulations on a job well done. I really like the overall effect. It's not your conventional lovey dovey theme. I like it.

Hah!I wasn't too sure what direction this was headed.I halfway expected to see a way pop out somewhere. But I like how this turned out. It gives it a humorous turn in the end. It is written in a fairly rapid fashion. The conclusion still gets me. A twist can make or turn about a story.

Review of Love

So true, it definitely requires an active role. I can't say for my own love life. It takes commitment and other things that can make it challenging. I think it was structured well but I may be more used to a bit more spacing. But I liked your take on what love is.

The closest I can say I've ever come to that is the rock wall. I don't care for heights at all and I can't see myself doing that at all. A good story about trusting others and not jumping to conclusions. The thing about the log sounded pretty scary. Glad everyone was okay.

I do like a happy ending. The title made me think of ''10 THINGS I HATE ABOUT YOU.'' I THINK YOU REALLY SET THE STAGE WELL FOR THIS STORY. You have a well written piece here. I enjoyed looking at it. I really liked the beginning, it was adorable. Keep up the good work.

I read the prologue before this and it looks pretty promising. Usually, you can tell pretty quickly if you want to continue reading something in the first few minutes of reading it. It helps to have something that grabs the reader. I think the prologue sets the stage nicely.

I really like this even if I can't be overly specific. It just seems like it's light and not overly serious. It has a kind of a deeper meaning. I like reading something that has a meaning behind it. I'll be a problem child though and say:{love/hearts. That ending left me with that particular question.

I really like rhyming poems for some reason. I think was really well written. You get the main idea behind it and make it short and simple to understand. Plus, these poems, at least I think so, are one of the best to read. To be able to capture a lot in a small amount of words an art; one which you pulled off rather well.

Okay then, well, I guess that pretty much says it all. It kind of makes me think of feeling alone in a crowded room, you know. There's a bunch of people around having a good time, so why aren't you? I kind of relate that to this. I think everyone may get to that point in life sometime.

Review of pigs

Interesting, at least it short and a bit amusing. I think other than a little spacing, this is a fine story. I liked the title in part. The end is kind of interesting, though I may have things mixed up. Did the narrator get turned into a pig and not realize it? Or am I just plain lost? I did like reading it though.

I like these little folk lore stories. I think that's one this is. It has that kind of vibe for me anyway. I like how this was set up. At the end, there's a reason to hang on to hope because things will get better. I think that's important to remember, because it not so easy to do.

I could see this being read during one of those poetry beats, I think it is. It has that kind of slow, beat to it. I think is a very beautiful poem to butterflies. How you can really get a picture in your mind on what's happening. I really like that. And I'll be shameless and say a picture really is worth a thousand words.

I strive to be a better reviewer if I had a better understanding of what's going on here. From my limited grasp on what's happening, there's golf, and something about a coma? Yeah, I'm very sorry. It looks interesting but I'm rather confused on what's happening.
