First Impression: I was a QMA, midnight nurse. I know about taking care of patients and charting on them and can relate to this. I was anxious to read this. This drew me in and I had past memories of situations and charting. A lawyer and court studying every written word and Nurses Note. I know how important this is. I am retired now but some things you never forget about a job.
What needs your attention: I don't think anything. Every detail was discussed and looks like the court went over this with a fine tooth comb so to speak.
Part I liked best: Patient refusing Meds. Thinking the Nurses are trying to kill him. Been there with patients. List of Meds given. Every step by step action written down of what the patient did when he was awake. Vital signs recorded. Statements made by the patient and staff's words of advisement and everything they did to help the patient. No signs of neglect.
Overall Impression: Everything was written down. When you work in Nursing, you understand these things. I once worked with a Nurse who told me a lawyer told him to write very little about the situations of a patient and nurse. He said the less written down, the better. I disagree. I was taught to document everything. We need to protect ourselves and our patients and every little thing we did for them. Excellent writing and everything was in order. I was impressed with this story and the results.

First Impression: A poem about growing up and the good things and bad things in life. I can relate. I decided to read this and give my review and observations. When we are young, we think we can do anything. I get this. I read on and now on to the review.
What needs your attention: Comparing yourself to a bird. Good concept. I think the words were well chosen. I can't argue with this.
Part I liked best: Being a bird. Being free. Being a bird and then it was all gone. You included the good things and how life can change quick. Some good reflections. Well chosen words. A good use of adverbs and adjectives. A bird probably feels anxiety leaving the nest like humans do starting out in life. Good call as you captured this concept.
