this poem is an expression to my ex's son.
My dear stepson Tylor,
the little boy I know.
I'd like to try to tell you
how much I love you so.

I was seventeen years old
when you came into our arms.
You were such a sweet infant,
with beauty and your charm.

Throughout the years I've seen
the progress you have made.
You brought me joy and laughter
and love that'll never fade.

Just the thought of my good boy
makes me feel proud of you.
Watching you accomplish life,
figuring out what's new.

Please remember my sweet boy
that you are dear to me
and that I'll always love you,
love I hope you can see.
